How long for arimidex to work

I know it will only stop new estrogen being formed from conversion and that old estrogen will still have to be removed by the body until estrogen levels will begin to drop but how long is it likely to take until levels drop significantly

Took me 2 weeks to begin feeling better in the nips and 3 to really feel ok. I was low dosing adex .5 e3d a few days before bloods and my estro was way up so I may have been higher or the adex wasnt working yet. I went to .5ED for 3 weeks got new bloods and estro was low. so now that its least under control I am doing ..5 e3d again and will test in 4 weeks or sooner if i get tender nips again.
i added some extra insurance with a bit of nolva.

zewi1 week if your taking .25mg ED Arimidex has a life of 3 days, so that's why you must take it no less than e3d. if you need a major change even quicker like you have sore nipples go to .5mg ED and you should notice a change in 3 days.
Id never....ever....take adex precycle! You drop your estro too low and you're going striaght into low estro sides. There's also been many blood tests proving bunk adex lately. Adex is taken DURING CYCLE at .25eod.. If nips get sensitive you can go to .5. Adex is such a small Milligram because it IS that strong. Suggested reading in forums under pct. Check out low estro sides before that pain gets bad. Estro on a test e/cyp cycle does NOT show up immediately. For the same reasons that test e/cyp take 5Weeks to boost you. LONG ESTERS. Long half ife. Long time for buildup.

well ive got pharma adex by a company called accord you heard of that being bunk mate? yeh i have already experienced low estrogen before not fun floppy dick and achy joints. Ive already got my pct down. Im going to do a prop only cycle though mate but correct me if im wrong due to the short ester the testosterone will kick in alot faster leading to increased estrogen alot faster also. Thanks for the advice.
Prop...yes! Prop had me starting about week two but every bodys reactions are different. I've seen that brand but not heard complaints. Glad you know the liw estro biz...ugh no fun. Adex kicks in quickly so if you have any nip issues small bump to .5 If its giving low estro signs it can go .25e3d. Prop is fun stuff so just gotta listen to the body. I switched this cycle to aromasin....see how it goes. So far no hassles.
Im thinking of trying aromasin next cycle heard it better on lipids and people round hear seem to like it. Have a good run mate

zewithat's cause Aromasin hold on to estro and doesn't let go, like arimidex does when you stop taking it.(it doesn't let it all go but it does let go)
yeh ive read that is because its a irreversible inhibitor but arimidex isnt so you can get a estro rebound with adex but not aromasin correct? my only concern with aromasin is that some people say it doesnt work for certain people any truth in this?

No to the second-- means they are not using it correctly or its no good or under dosed.

The best way to take the arimidex is pre cycle getting ready for your cycle. Taking it a feww days before your first shot so its working in you to take care of estrogen conversion. Then on cycle you should be good with estrogen sides.
Be careful with that dipping estrogen levels too low is not good.
Yeh thats what im actually now doing lol but ive been taking it for a week and though id feel some sides by now but obviously it takes longer than I thought
cdaddy7Ur plasma levels will become saturated in a few days. In about a week it will start to drop and by week 2 there should b a significant drop. Now bear in mind that everyone is different and it depends on just how high your levels are to begin with to how significant the drop will b. Without actual blood work u can really only gauge by symptoms. Hope this is helpful
