Buildbigger86Your fine brother prob hit a vein and then you pulled the plunger. Your all good.
will remember the plunger...
If that plunger pulls extremely easy and blood comes pooring in the syrenge when you aspirate then that is an idicator that you are in a vein. If the plunger is hard to pull and you get nothing but an air bubble to come in the syrenge then you are fine. I usually get a spec of blood in my pins because muscle still has blood in it so you will get that. Sounds like you were ok bro.
ok cool. was worried for a min.. thanks guys
If you don't hold the plunger down when removing the syringe, it can create a vacuum and blood will get sucked into the syringe.
No1a spec of blood? I almost always have that
Just as waltr said. If you aspirated and got a bubble you're fine.
waltrprobably went through a vein, no big deal
