Thats a sample idea for Every Other Day--eod--pinning. The idea is avoiding issues like pip, scar tissue buildup and sterile abscess.
BUT...as you learn you way around your first cycles you can start practicing that same rotation as a monday- thursday plan. Why? Same reasons as listed above plus you will eventually get swayed into short esters. Be prepared! Prop kicker or finisher on your second cycle....perfect!
Quads are lil more advanced in technique for first cycle but ventros and delts are great starters!
Basically you can learn and practice sterile procedures and techniques. Not necessarily the very first cycle but at least the second.
Feel nervous or anxious about multiple pin points or expanding your routine? GOOD! Theres nothing fun about stabbing yourself. But you can learn better ideals and techniques to keep you safer.
I prefer 1.25cc or less per pin. Some areas can go bigger but i still choose smaller to avoid longer healing and absorption. On a first cycle thats an easy 1cc anyways. A fourth or fifth cycle if you choose 2 oils, simple math and bah da bing!

Rustyhooker@Mcginger69 just vlick folks avatar...check forums. Ive forgotten more than is printed
Thanks !!!
more advanced users should consider pectorals. i retried the lats last night with .7cc-.9cc test e and the pip isnt that bad at all. used a 28g slin needle. happy i tried and will use it again
RustyhookerPop up your advice on pecs and lats. I have yet to hit either
for pecs grab your muscle, not pinch, grab so it’s bunched up. let’s use the right pec for example... from your pov looking down at your muscle, you’re going to pin left of the nipple or above it. but never under it or to the right of the right nipple. you also will not pin close to your sternum. i use anywhere from a 25g to 30g needle for chest. i like to use 27-28g the most.
Why never below it or to the right if the nipple?
i’ve done it below, just more pip.
to the right of the nipple there’s more vasculature so you’re likely to hit a vein
Rustyhookerboom. Dropping bombs
Outer quad is bad enough for me. Intermedius is out the question for me. Way to many nerves no matter where I try to place it.
RustyhookerI hit quad area at seated...1:00 position. The quads area towards hams that spotinj shows....pain like crazy. I steer away from that area. Intermedius for me has been where pippy gear goes. No nerves so far. We are all so different
It is weird, way back when I was smaller I had no problem pinning quads. Could just stick it in there like butter and never hit a nerve. Now that I have put considerably more mass on quads I hit nerves every single time. Seems like as you build more muscle it builds significantly more nerves or something. Not an issue with delts or anywhere else, just quads which seems weird.
RustyhookerMore mass...more nerves would make sense though. New veins are created too as we get thicker so it eould seem logical.
That sucks too because on just main quads i can hit 3 separate areas.
AnonWith the outer quad and inter quad being so close together I would want to put left and right ventro glute or something else between them in the pinning rotation.
RustyhookerEasy enough to do! The rotation gets 2 weeks between repeating spot 1 so re-tweak it as comfort allows. For me so far quad at 1oo spot and intermedius has been like delt and tricep. Different group and no issue. Especially with outer to inner being several days apart. Tues and saturday...
