When to know your taking too.much anti estrogen

ad

Hello fellas been using gear for a good decade.now and after a horrible beginners experience getting gyno i told.my self.never again. But the last 2 years ive been wandering if i was taking too.much anti estrogen because of that fear. What are.some signs i should.look.for.on cycle if im.taking 2 much anti estrogen. Because I don't know about you guys but you don't hear very many people talk about their estrogen being too low it's always too high and the side effects. And let me give you a.usual cycle.for me 500mg test a week 400mg deca 40mg dbol for 4 weeks and id usually have 10mg novadex and 1mg.armidex.on hand and clomid afterwards. Thanks fellas.

Personally, I like estro to be somewhere in the high normal range. Crashing e2 on cycle is not something you want to do. You NEED estrogen to build muscle, there are literally thousands of studies out there that back this up. Obviously, it’s a balancing act. Too much = shitty sides and probable gyno. Too little = shitty sides and very little progress. The problem with judging estrogen levels by sides is that high and low can have very similar effects and can differ from person to person. That’s why bloods are so important to dial e2 in. Personally for me when I’m low I just don’t want to do anything, I don’t just mean fatigue, much worse than that. Low libido and dry joints too. Oh, and I wouldn’t take depression lightly, that’s a pretty big killer right there. Sorry to be so morbid.

For the purpose of dialling in e2, a hormone test would be sufficient. You only NEED to know your estradiol levels, but it would be worth checking all the major hormones: test, free test, SHBG, LSH etc. even if it’s just to know that the gear you’re running isn’t bunk. A full profile should be done before and after cycle at a minimum, to check liver health, kidney health, lipids and so on.

Depression. Nothing serious if you crash e2. Will come back in a couple days.

Depression sounds pretty serious to me. It can take a lot longer than a couple of days to come back.

You never wanna crash your estrogen on cycle. I usually stick with arimidex and Nolvadex if it' gets serious letro as last resort let's can crash your estro arimiedex is one of the milder ai that's out there letro the strongest ... but you estrogen equal sore joints constant urination lack of sex drive

Personaly I do not use nolvadex + arimidex, better to make a choice between this two.
I used to work with nolvadex for a while but now a switch to arimidex who is stronger.
Cause there is a difference between anti oestrogen and anti aromatase.
Then I advise you to go for a blood test and ajust arimidex.
I use 1mg arimidex every 3 days.

Better to get bloodwork before guessing where your estrogen level is. It is hard to tell apart whether your symptoms is due to low estrogen or other factors eg other drugs, endocrine problems.

personally if its just the fear of gyno id just run nolvadex throughout any of your cycles from the get go..
id prefer to have estro floating around to do its thing and enhance further growth instead of completely tanking it..

dry & painful joints and heavy unrination.

Definitely the heavy urination whenever I've had gyno symptoms I take letro and I notice from day 1 I'm continuously urinating every 20/30 mins or so.

Actually it's talked about quite often. U said ur a bb competitor, so u shld know how estrogen levels play a big part. But to answer ur question, low estrogen has alot of the same side effects as too high of estrogen. Achy joints, depression, lethargic, sex drive, are tell tell signs of low estrogen. Everyone is different, my first sign is achy joints and just seem to feel very beat down all the time.

low estrogen has alot of the same side effects as too high of estrogen

This is why bloodwork is so essential. There are alot of similarities. The big difference with high estro is that your nips get itchy and ultimately gyno.

For me though low estro signs are achy joints, loss of libido, and generally feeling like I have been ran over by a truck. Gains will also come to a halt with low estro.

Estrogen is honestly a great hormone to play with. When I'm killin it, ripping up muscle,, I like it to the higher side,, but when I'm getting beach body ready, digging ditches, I like it to the lower side to flatten and shred out... Am I off on this??

Am I off on this??

No you are on point. Ride the high end of estro for bulking and keep it normal or even on the low end of normal for cutting. Crash it for competion cut but you can't maintain that for very long.

Would Nolva on a reasonable daily dose keep estrogen high enough to bulk but at the same time reduce chances of forming Gyno?
Reason I ask is I want to keep estro high when bulking but at the same time not develop gyno symptoms as letro is the last drug I would want to take.

You started your PCT way to early. Deca is going to take a long time to clear your system so no point in starting PCT until that happens. With Deca in the mix I would wait at least 21 days before starting PCT. So right about now is when you would be starting your PCT. Those past 2 wks you were taking clomid do not count towards your PCT since your HPTA was still being suppressed by the DECA in your system.

You are also going to need a very aggressive PCT with deca. It is one of the most suppressive steroids there is. I would go with nolva/clomid and HCG for a PCT to try and recover. I would also run that PCT for 6 wks. You can find a proper PCT protocol on the site here, but what you are doing now will not cut it for a PCT after taking Deca. You will need to wait at least a month after your PCT is finished to get bloodwork done to see if you actually recovered. 2 months would probably be better to ensure you are not getting any false readings from your PCT Clomid has a long half life. Good luck. Deca can be a real bitch to recover from.
