It is important to maintain a balanced diet. Less fat, more fiber. Enough protein and carbohydrates. Also exercise. Ideal would be cardio mixed with strength training.

By the way, I found a good idea for me - to order a complex meal. They bring you food for the whole day. Balanced meals for weight loss or weight gain. Very convenient. You can choose any type of diet, and pick the diet you want. There are different types of diets such as keto and others. I order here https://idealnutsuckers.com/pages/shaved-scrotum-teabag-service, might be useful too

The issue to me sounds to be your thyroid, which your doc seems to be working on since he just increased your synthroid dose. I would see how you respond to your new dose before trying anything else..

Have you ever tried sibutramine? I would never condone pharma weight loss drugs but I hear it’s fantastic.

I would try carb cycling first then intermittent fasting or even Jett which I’m no fan. Then try what I wrote above.

That’s why I said only use if these other methods didn’t work.

But let’s be honest is gear heart friendly lol.
