What makes someone a low vs high estrogen converter?

ad

Recently got some blood work done on 250mg test / wk, no AI.
Total test: 1,185 ng/dL
Free test: 299.8 pg/mL
Estrogen: 47 pg/mL

Would you consider this low, normal, or high estrogen conversion? I am asking primarily bc I am trying to figure the best ratio to start my EQ cycle so that I do not crash my estrogen.

Another question:
Bilirubin, Total came back high at 1.9mg/dL (reference range 0.2-1.2) - had not used orals 4 weeks prior to getting this blood work.
ALT & AST came back within reference range.

Is this an issue? If so, what would be the best way to bring this number back into range?

The biggest factor in play is genetics but there are some things we can do to tip the scales in our favor. The biggest one we can control is BF%. The higher your bodyfat more aromatase enzyme you will have and the more estrogen you will produce. Should not be running cycles with high bodyfat if you are worried about estro effects and possible gyno.

I would expect your estro to be around that range on 250mg of test. Doesn't seem particularly odd to me. You can't rely on those readings though to guide you with estro management with EQ. For some people it has no AI properties and for some it is a huge effect on lowering estro. Who knows where on that spectrum that you lie. Regardless you are going to need bloodwork to dial that in and figure out exactly how EQ effects your estro.

Does being on finasteride increase aromatization? Idk I’m just thinking since it can’t be converted into DHT as easily.
