What’s goin on fellas?!

Well the time has come, the blast is coming to a close here in a few weeks time. Currently, I’m gaining between 0.5lb to 1lb of body weight a week. Eating between 3,500 and 4,000 calories a day. Doing 20-30 minutes cardio 5 days a week. While being on about a gram of gear a week. I got bloods done earlier today to see what kind of havoc is going on while running 500 test, 300 Dhb and 200 mast, 10mg superdrol PWO. I may post those up when I get the results.

Anyways, my question is, aside from of course getting back to a healthier me, what is the “protocol” for diet / training? Test dose is going to be 250mg/wk. I’m thinking of dropping calories to around 3k and cutting down on my training volume. Of course cardio will stay the same. I have some buddies that are running a half marathon (13.1 miles) in December so I may start training for that. Not sure how much it will take away from my leg development.

In a nutshell, what do you focus on when off cycle? Do your goals change? And if so what becomes the new challenge?

The results are fantastic. My wife told be that the veins are starting to scare her a bit lol. So the lean gains have been noticeable. 300mg is a nice dose bc at 450 my body temp was cranking. And it got uncomfortable if I didn’t have a fan on me constantly. The downside is that the pip is annoying. I’m getting tired of it at this point. This vial I opened recently has been pip in a bottle. Pinning 6 days a week and the inflammation starts to go down after about 3 days and usually is gone by day 4 or 5. I would stick to primo or EQ or something else. But it was a successful experiment. However I don’t think I’ll ever use it again.

I just keep training the same, only thing to take into account is sometimes extra rest days are needed as recovery is nowhere near as good. Muscle and tendons stay sore for longer, maybe do a few less sets depending on how I feel. Ohh and get use to the fact I no longer fit my XL tops as well as I did Lol Cray 2

Good to know. I’ve been doing lots of drop sets and pounding my body with the extra food and gear. Training 5 days a week.

I train exactly the same on cycle as I do on cruise. Only variable that changes is my diet and rate of progressive overload.

Off cycle? 250mg test is not being off cycle. Thats enough to still make gains looking at your picture history. If you can't then thats either a diet or training problem.

Not off cycle coming down to a trt+ / cruise, whatever the lingo is these days - what’s a cruise dose you recommend?

250mg is fine, but like others said keep training the same because 250mg is enough to still grow (albeit at a slow rate). Also the comment about your picture wasn't a dig at you. I understand it could have come off a bit rude.

Looking at your blast 250 sounds like a reasonable cruise to me. You should be able to keep most of your gains and try to keep diet and training same as before. Marathon might throw a spanner in the works but also a different goal and great cardio may help distract from some loss of strength until your next blast. Best of luck with it
