+ 3 Splitting GH doses

ad

So I recently started running Growth. Been running 4IU daily. I started out injecting all 4 IU at once. I started to notice I was EXTREMELY tired mid way through the day. Not sure if this is because of the growth or not. I started today splitting the dose. 2 IU am and 2 iu at night time. I just kinda wanna hear the vets take on here regarding splitting GH doses. I am assuming because of the half life it would be more beneficial to split doses also I am not extremely tired today doing 2 iu to start the day. Is tiredness a side of GH? My hands are not that bad some numbness through the day. But mainly I want to know about splitting doses is it better to do so? Should I just stick to 4iu once daily? Or keep it split? Thanks brothers.

so i've noticed im definitely more tired mid day than ever before by 1-3pm i need an hour-hour+half nap if i didn't sleep a solid 8 hrs.
this urge to nap is COMBATIBLE with will power but its really tough and i find myself taking an hour nap on my lunch break. honestly, i have no idea how to reduce this side effect and i kind of just accepted it. in regards to splitting doses, i would if youre doing 4IU daily. 2 and 2 seems ideal.

i agree, i noticed taking it while fasted it works the best by far. i tried to take it with my morning coffee then wait 2 hrs to eat.
then i take my second dose about 3-4 hrs after my lunch right before i workout.

We just got used to it lol, at least me running it so long....but remember long ago you probably had more sides in general from GH.

Lol, Same here, but I like the feeling cause you got a full meal in the belly and a pleasurable nap, I feel so good and refreshed afterwards!

Yes, tiredness is surely a side of hGH. Especially taking in a blast of 4ius in the morning...I notice as well I will have to take a nap by mid afternoon. I used to be a HUGE advocate of splitting up hGH doses throughout the day, esp before IGF was huge on the scene. In fact it was proven to help shed fat loss more, and consistent pulses throughout the day lead to more stable levels of IGF-1. Esp if you're running more than 4ius I always would recommend splitting up the doses. It's just hard with diet because you need to be fasted from carbs otherwise the higher insulin levels in the body from carbs will render the hGH useless. Best recommendation would be to split it exactly 12hrs apart if you're doing 2ius/2ius or even if you increase to 6ius (3ius/3ius). This will help with consistency and utilize the most out of the hGH being spaced 12hrs And not take the last dose at night before bedtime as it will inhibit your natural pulse you'll get anyway. Even for people running 9+ius you can split it 3 or more times but this is hard to accomplish based on dietary needs. If you're waking up early like I remember around 5am take your 2iu dose then. And 12hrs later would be 5pm...just keep a space of a few hours beforehand/and 1hr after before you eat for the hGH to get into your system. Then at night let you're natural pulse hit so it's not supressed, and the prior afternoon dose of hGH should help you sleep still.

You'll feel much better, and you're welcome!

I know fat loss is blunted if taken around meals, but what about the other benefits of GH, primarily the recuperative abilities it provides. I don't think that is affected by carbs.

IronMind's picture

Recuperative abilities are primarily achieved by the consistency of dosing hGH and inflation of IGF levels over a long time. One dose of hGH will not instantly help with support on that given day repair/recovery. This is where rhIGF-1 shines because it will instantly support repair/recovery of muscle tissues broken down. That's done at night while you sleep. High-carbohydrate diet at the higher caloric level again will severely depress growth hormone values in plasma.

Fat metabolism: Growth hormone enhances the utilization of fat by stimulating triglyceride breakdown and oxidation in adipocytes.

Carbohydrate metabolism: Growth hormone is one of a battery of hormones that serves to maintain blood glucose within a normal range.

Oh yes, completely important to take in the AM... you'll get your natural largest pulse at night anyway with smaller pulses as you sleep toward the morning. And you're correct ~2-4hrs, but from my research fat burning abilities does last the majority of the day upon a AM injection. It's just strongest in the morning being fasted with no carbs, hence why ppl are jumping of the intermittent fasting (or basically just skipping breakfast lol). All your hormonal levels are elevated, (pop a Woody), cortisol is low from rest but started to rise quickly, in the AM this in general will help you burn more fat.

YES, esp in the off-season bro. (CENSORED).

Ramping it up slowly is the best way to avoid the sides like numb hands.

If I am going to be around 4iu or above I split the doses. Anything below 4iu I will generally pin all at once. Best time to pin if only doing it once is the am before you eat. Your blood sugar is at its lowest then and injecting then will have the largest impact on fat loss . That is why I would also recommend to take it on an empty stomach for your second dose. The fat burning effects are enhanced when glucose levels are lower. If I am splitting doses it will be first thing in the morning and PreWO. If I am running IGF-LR3 along with it then I will have carbs with my PreWO when I take my LR3/HGH dose, otherwise no carbs with either HGH shot to enhance the fat loss effects.

I was literally just about to ask this same question, a long with a few others. I have been running 2iu pm for 3 weeks and just went to 4iu, splint am/pm. But when looking into dosing protocols there seems to be so many out there...(all at once if under 5iu, splint am/pm, splint am, pre work out, post work out, a few hours before/after you eat, doesn't matter if stomach empty or just ate) I just can't find ant type of consistency. I too wof like some input.

I also get extremely tired off it whenever I try to run it, if I inject it before bed then I sleep through my midnight meal and end up losing strength and weight. Not sure if you are like myself or not, but I love my carbs for training, general energy and gaining weight. Turns out HGH blocks glucose uptake into the blood for quite a while after you inject it, meaning less muscle energy and therefore contraction force and I find I am more groggy headed as it doesn't go into the brain immediately either. I assume the block of direct energy into the blood is what makes you feel tired.

However the tendon strengthening qualities of it still make it worth running if you don't feel tired off it.
