+ 47 PRE CYCLE CHECKLIST

Okay, now that you've done your due diligence and a TON of research, you understand your goals, you've (at least) been TO the gym once or twice and NOW understand the difference between a REP and a SET...LETS GET READY TO CYCLE!

  1. RESEARCH! RESEARCH! RESEARCH!

  2. DIET- Can't stress this enough! Gains are made in the kitchen NOT at the gym OR in the pin. Make sure your diet is in check for the goals you wish to achieve. IF you are eating 2500cals ED and looking to Bulk - YOU WILL FAIL! IF you are eating 4500 cals ED and looking to Cut - YOU WILL FAIL! IF you are looking for Lean Gains and are eating dirty cals -YOU WILL FAIL! I (personally) spend about $100 a wk on food while cycling. IF this seems excessive to you then maybe you should think twice about spending $100's on compounds! WHY? Because gains are NOT made at the gym OR in the pin! IF you find this statement ridiculous -PLZ REFER TO STEP "1"

  3. ROUTINE- Know what your doing for your particular goals... IF you are seeking to put on Mass and are doing cardio EVERYDAY - YOU WILL FAIL! (although (IMO) light cardio pre-workout is beneficial) IF you think you are going to shred up on a 5x5 routine - YOU WILL FAIL! IF you don't understand what a 5x5 routine is - PLZ REFER TO STEP "1"

  4. PINNING - YES! If you are making the leap into the world of AAS then you will HAVE TO pin! Those of you that believe that you can somehow get away with an "Oral only" cycle and make significant gains - PLZ REFER TO STEP "1"
    Those that want to jump on board with a short cycle as admirable as that is (IMO)
    you have yet to develop the skill set and discipline it takes to pin ED/EOD and NOT whine about it! If you don't understand what I mean by this - PLZ REFER TO STEP "1"

  5. COMPOUNDS - TEST IS THE BASE OF EVERY CYCLE!
    Understand which compounds do what and at what dosages/durations are optimal for your particular goals. Make sure you have EVERYTHING IN HAND before you begin to cycle.
    IF you think (1) vial of ANYTHING makes a cycle - PLZ REFER TO STEP "1"

  6. PCT - IF you thought this section WAS actually separate from STEP 5 - PLZ REFER TO STEP "1"

  7. AI's - IF you have no idea what an AI is OR thought this section WAS actually separate from STEP 5 - PLZ REFER TO STEP "1"

  8. ANTI-PROLACTINS - IF you have no idea what an anti-prolactin is OR thought this section WAS actually separate from STEP 5 - I THINK YOU GET IT BY NOW

Sooooo.... NOW that we're ready to cycle PLZ remember that AAS is serious shit and if you don't know what the fuck you're doing you can seriously FUCK YOUR SHIT UP!

I have. It's a side effect from wayyy overdoing a tren/HGH combo. and I was taking a shitload of Dopamine agonists too (Dexedrine), so that should tell you something about the prolactin levels these things can put on you. I was running 8IU hyges + 225mg tren Ace ED + 100mg Tren Hex EW + 250mg Tren E EW. It was just too goddamn much and when i started being able to milk clear liquid out of my nipples I said nope nope nope time to stop being irresponsible and get my dosages down to a reasonable level.

I loved the amazing vascularity that tren gives, and the strength, but milking myself? No. Not being able to walk up a flight of stairs without being out of breath. Pass. Crippling back pumps on leg day, to where I literally could not work for minutes after a heavy set? I can do without. I was reckless and paid for it.

DON'T DOUBT THE POWER OF TREN. DON'T DOUBT THE POWER OF HGH. DON'T DOUBT THE CHAOS OF PROLACTIN. IT'S AS BAD AS ESTROGEN.

I find it really sad that this is not a subject that my DR. is even willing to talk to me about. All she says is "you will get cancer blah blah blah. To make a long story short I have suffered from "Persian Gulf Illness" since my return from the Persian Gulf War in 1991. With over 20 years of them trying to figure out what is wrong with me nothing that they are willing to do has helped me. One of my main problems is with my muscles hurting tremendously whenever I tried to workout and stay in shape. I first asked my DR in 2005 about small doses of an anabolic to help with recovery after attempting to work out. One day of working out equaled 4-5 days of not being able to move. As you can see I am not able to have a regular exercise program and have watched all my natural muscle slowly being replaced with fat. Anyhow, I thought that maybe a low dose (if i remember right it was 1cc deca 230mg and 1cc test a week) would help me ....... AND IT DID! my muscle pain and the rate that I was able to stay active greatly improved. I would so this for 10 weeks..... 10 weeks off but i ran into funds issues and stopped.

I tried over the years to have an intelligent conversation with my doctors about trying an anabolic therapy with their close lab supervision but none will hear of it to date. The one thing I have found that helps me is taboo with all the people who are suppose to helping me.

I guess my point of this is thanks to all those like you who put good information on products and what you should do and not do.

If you're gonna talk to the doc don't ever mention any work out properties of aas. Ask about hrt and have you're t levels checked. Those ?'s raise red flags and the doc won't even consider the conversation.

GG has a 600mg/ml test e (or had) so technically you could do your first cycle on one vial! This is just me being a doucher ;) great post!

8 is the most forgotten rule. I have talked to so many people runnning deca or the like and I ask them about their prolactin levels, and they are like, "whaaaattt?" Prolactin will destroy hard earned gains FAST. It needs to be controlled

Thanks for the words of wisdom. I am just starting off and I am glad that my goals are in line with your checklist. For me its going to be hard to break that psychological barrier of eating more calories. I always eat clean and work out routinely however I seem to top out at around 1500/day.

Weird! I don't know if this helps but I have a delivery coming from 1mexgear today. about a week T/A used a different payment method though. here's the other weird part I ordered Fort Dodge 50mg/50ml EQ, but I ordered 2 SYD 20ml 100mg Winstrol as my winnings from the EBC contest. If you have to place 2 different orders. Its nice to pay one shipping charge but better to get what you want.

They're a high calorie choclate nougat bar (roughly). They were required eating in English Rugby League in the 80's for the underweight - I was 12st something which meant you were likely to get flattened unless you muscled up and quick.

Not a critism but the odd 'dirty calorie' doesn't hurt - especially if you're a skinny kid. I lived on Mars bars (not sure what the US equivalent is) in my rugby muscling up days (up to 4/5 a day) as did many others (many still do). It provided calories and energy (easily). If you're chronically underweight a 'little' of that won't hurt.
