Acne from certain esters more than others?
So halfway through my last cycle I started getting some acne, back shoulders and chest. nothing crazy at first but started increasing and I figured it was no big deal because by the time it was really bad my cycle was basically done. also, in the middle of that cycle I had switched from Test Prop to Sust. I finished the cycle but kept doing the test at 200 mgs a week, which I'm still doing now. I did my last dose of DHB, Mast, and the higher dose test about 14 weeks ago. I thought once I finished the cycle the acne would gradually go away and boy was I wrong, It has only gotten worse. So, my question is could it be from running Sustanon, whereas if I used a different ester, I might not have this side effect? this is my first time using Sust. I've always just used Prop or Test E. I've tried increasing frequency to try and make my levels more stable and that didn't seem to help at all. I've also tried tons of different creams and washes, and nothing helps, plus I'd rather address the problem and not just find a band aid. I know some people can experience different side effects from different esters, but I was just curious to see if anyway has had this particular issue, or if I'm just shit out of luck. And don't the different esters in Sustanon make your levels all crazy because there being absorbed and expelled at different rates? The only other cause I can think of is just how long I've been on it, I've been on test for twice as long as I ever have before, this is the first time I've "cruised", I usually just cycle and then take time off. Anyway, I'm going to switch esters soon no matter what when my next pack comes in. I'm looking more for what the cause is, not necessarily skin care tricks, but any input is appreciated Thanks a lot fellas.
PS I've ordered Accutane like 2 months ago, took almost a month to get it because it was lost, and the source reshipped it but when they reshipped of course the Accutane was the one thing missing and still haven't really sorted that out with the source but that's a separate issue. Thinking about just going to a clinic and just getting Accutane prescribed while I have the insurance,

Old post, but really acne all comes down to sebaceous glands and oil production. I’m prone to acne, even before gear. One of the biggest benefits for me was tretinoin 0.1% gel. Put it on light at first because it’s going to make your skin red and itchy. Use it every night even when it’s red and dry but don’t stop. Exfoliate every single day once the acne starts to clear so it doesn’t scar. After your skin gets use to it don’t be afraid to use a lot (you can source it pretty cheap overseas and buy like 12-20 tubes) Once you hammer it for a couple of months you’ll notice your skin will start to smooth out that’s when you can lighten up a bit to maybe 2-3 times per week and let the redness fade. This stuff increases skin cell turn over. So, if you don’t want to use accutane this is the next best thing if not better in terms of risk for reward. It’ll fade scars, smooth your skin, clear and prevent acne. We all know gear increases oil production and that’s all it comes down to. Obviously try to avoid fluctuations and stuff. Hopefully this helps.
Thank man, good info. Right now my skins ok but I’m starting cycle soon so we’ll see how that goes
I've been off cycle since last December 2022 untill 22 days ago i started back up.and that was first time I encountered the same with the horrible acne, cystic at that end of that last cycle, took me about 5 months of running nothing for the acne to go away, never had acne that long or bad, but I too was pushing envelope. Basically blasting test and anavar and tren. Longer than I should, which I don't recommend, normally when people have acne its the body's hormones so out of wack, running gear, depending on the carrier oil? Are we allergic in some way, excess oil glands production . How low is our free test. Compared to all the excess we synthetically put In extra, how long we been on it.
Sometimes in a medical sense acne, rashes etc. Are the cause of a larger problem, how's our liver, pancreas, kidneys? We taking supplements for that? Etc etc.
Not a Dr or claim to know much. But Def have had a similar problem. And I just went natty for almost year so. I woulda took Accutane but the risks didn't seem to out weigh the benefits of such a harsh drug for me personally. ( cant go wrong getting bloodwork done. )And yea tanning and non scented Epsom salt baths seemed to help. Hope it. Gets better bro
For me side effects increase when there is flictuations. For it i use low dose every day and not every 3 or 5 days…
Which is your frequence ?
was doing every 3 days and now EOD didnt seem to help at all but i know frequency can help, so that's kind of what my question is, since sustanon had different half-lives is it even possible to have truly stable levels on it?
