+ 1 If you had to live off of only 3 foods, what would they be?

ad

If I had to live off of only 3 foods, mine would be cows, ducks and quinoa.

  1. Cows - can have the steaks and the milk & make my own butter (protein, saturated fats, vitamin D & carbohydrates in the milk)
  2. Ducks - can have the meat and the eggs (protein, good cholesterol & vitamins) Mike O'Hearn would be proud lol! Ostrich's wouldn't be as viable. Chickens have less nutrients.
  3. Quinoa - plenty of vitamins and carbohydrates (in fact, it's considered a super-food a complete protein with all 9 of the essential amino acids)

What would you all pick for your 3 foods?

yeah, cream cheese - that's a whole other story lol, sounds like you had a lot of these cheese experiences but hey those experiences might have helped you discover more ways on how to enjoy your food as well as given few traumas

Exactly. Can always get those lactaid pills though. But year those experiences lol

Its a bit disorganised for me, I like the mayonnaise and other condiments to be squirted neatly in one particular area preferably not on any adjoining food. Then each bit of food designated for mayonnaise treatment gets individually scraped with it.

You some OCD fella it’s all getting chewed up anyways

Actually I am quite a messy person generally at home, but when it comes to food I'm very fussy about the way its organised and the setting its in. I refuse to sit in McDonalds with all the sauce and crap on tables lol Puts me off eating

Make sure you are washing your hands before you eat every time atm mate - That Norovirus puking bug is sweeping across the UK big time. Hand sanitizer doesn't kill it like Covid either - has to be hand wash and water. I always catch stuff when I go buy stuff on the self scan screens that thousands of hands touch daily, come back and eat with my hands then catch stuff.

Wait until you see this kebab I have on the way now ….

I looked past the mayo. I don’t eat mayo. My version would be everything jammed together just like he did but without the sauce

  1. Potatoes - The Best food next to protein there is FACT!
  2. Chicken - Need it for McChicken Sandwich's and Currys
  3. Milk - Can be used a nourishing drink, ice cream, Whey protein

I’d have to have my strawberry syrup, and that burns up another choice…

Cows - for meat, milk, cheese, ice cream, etc
Squash - for carbs and fiber. Absolutely love plain roasted acorn squash.
Nuts - for healthy fats and high energy. Can turn them into butters too. But I could happily eat a lb+ of roasted unsalted cashews a day.

A Cow is an animal - Not a food LOL

SeeOhShow's picture

Animals = food. Tf else are they used for? Fuckin?

press1's picture

For some people, yes. Cows provide food such as Beef, Steak & Milk.

SeeOhShow's picture

That’s just sheep/goats lol

And since you wanna correct people lemme put that uno reverse card down: beef and steak are the same thing Smile

SeeOhShow's picture

Honestly I just cut an acorn in half, scoop out the stringy bits/seeds, quick spritz with coconut oil spray, then roast face down until tender. Eat it just plain like that. Or I fill that cavity with a seasoned ground beef/turkey, pepper, onion mixture and eat it like an edible bowl. Don’t know if I could ever get tired of that because of all the combinations I could do with that meat/veggie mixture inside
