I have had similar issues. I have no desire to eat and dealing with nausea issues randomly. For me, I def think there’s an underlying cause and I’ve been trying to figure out what’s causing it. I’ve been struggling with it for probably a year now. And I’ve been trying everything I can .food choice definitely makes difference. I switched protein powders to a hydrolyzed isolate and that made a major difference. Lots of carbs before retaining fixed my trianing nausea, but had to be real food for me and not Gatorade or karbolyn.

As far as appetite mk-677 is stupidly powerful for me. I can’t even use it because of how strong it is. I was eating like a garbage disposal, I stayed up half the night eating until I was in pain and woke up the next day still in pain like I was eating liquid cement and it hardened over night. So I’ve been most succesful with a cbd pen, doesn’t get me high but I puff on it all day and after a few weeks I’m fat as a house and Id wake up some nights in my bed sorrounded by empty chip bags and Italian ice cups, fucking destroy every last snack my kids had lmao. I might start using them again to help gain some weight. The mk-677 might work really well but I have to be careful because over eating makes my stomach fucked for days. Good luck bud!!

You understand me brother... I will definitely try your advice, hoping it works on me... How did you use this product? Have you done a cycle? Or do you use it when you feel the need? What doses of intake do you recommend?

I admit that I have never used it as a product, Any advice in particular? Dosage, duration, etc.
Thank you very much brother

I'm surprised no one suggested marijuana. For many it calms the stress and makes them hungry af.
Obviously, there are other issues that come along with smoking anything. Finding the source of the stress and resolving it is the best decision. However, in a pinch, blaze some trees and crush on some munchies.

Definitely try different foods you never tried before. I just did this recently and I eat a LOT now.
Indian food
Middle eastern food
Thai food.
Sushi
Eat fish, I can eat a whole pound and be hungry just two hours later. Fish is so light I digest it so fast. It doesn’t sit in your gut for hours and hours like a steak does. Your stomach breaks it down so fast.
Red meat keeps me full
Chicken breaks down faster than red meat.
When you wake up force down a protein shake with some fruits two hours later you will be hungry again. Then eat eggs and toast. That’s what worked for me and eating is the hardest part for me by far

Try drinking your calories. This can help if you don’t have the urge to eat! Make some shakes. Some of my favs: Just add your fav protein powder to them!!

Milk, cocoa, peanut butter, banana and ice

Strawberries, blueberries, soft tofu and ice

Yogurt, peaches, mango and ice

It would help if we knew a bit more about your situation mate as to what led to this and then we can advise better, no one is judging you or knows who you are so just be open about it Smile

Thank you very much, I start from the fact that I have never been one who eats a lot, in the last 8 months I had found an improvement, I could easily have at least 5 meals a day, then I had problems with work, a situation that threw me down a bit, now it is a month that everything is back to normal and I am calm, But I can't eat, in the morning I used to eat a lot for breakfast, now I have a coffee and I already feel fine. I thought of making a protein shaker, The first 2 days ok, on the 3rd while I was drinking I felt a bit nauseous, not to mention the rest of the meals, the only meal I don't skip and I'm hungry is dinner and a meal in the afternoon around 4/5pm (where I get absurdly hungry) consequently I don't eat much at dinner , the nausea factor I find every time I try to eat something or out of nowhere during the morning or sometimes afternoon

It sounds to me because of what you have experienced in the past, you are feeling particularly anxious upon waking in the morning and are worrying about things that could potentially happen. In the morning when you first get up its a strange time as stress can affect you more so than at other points in the day I also find, and then it can very easily kill any small amount of appetite you already have. Quite simply the more you train day on day, plus the stimulation you tend to get from steroids themselves tends to over ride those feelings of worry and make it easier to eat the first meal of the day for me anyway. When you first get up, solely be thinking about getting something to eat and avoid checking any social media or emails or anything else that can bring stress into your life or upset you in anyway. Stick the TV on or something similar and get that first meal into you, get yourself in a good state of mind first and then deal with the issues the world has to throw at you. You should then find the rest of the meals go down easier if you get things on track starting the day off right.

So you're saying you don't have an appetite after your bout of problems? If so, sounds like you need to focus on what exactly is causing your loss in appetite. Is it from depression, anxiety, etc? Find out what is suppressing your appetite and work on it from there. With limited information it would be hard to help with your problems.

MK-677. Or any ghrelin receptor agonist.
