+ 2 Calories during PCT/Testosterone Recovery

I’m assuming well your T levels are low post PCT it makes sense to stay in a calorie surplus. This is what I have been doing. I have noticed that my body fat percentage is climbing slowly. Makes me want to reduce calories to a small deficit. However I’m assuming a deficit will inhibit T recovery, correct? The positive is even post cycle I’m still doing well performance wise. Fortunately I’m a tall skinny guy by nature so 20% body fat doesn’t look horrible but on cycle I was around 15 percent.

There is no limit to your calorie intake, but eat least 3900 calories. In ratio of 70% protein 20% carbs and 10% fat.

I like to be in a slight surplus when getting off. I do blast and cruise trt so it is not an issue for me now. However, do realize that you will lose some water weight when you come off. Do not be alarmed or worried

Well it really depends on your goals, but also on how fast you want to recover from any supression.
As long as you maintain protein intake you'll be fine cutting in PCT.

Wait until after your PCT to start cutting for sure! Your just trying your hardest to hold onto your gains after a cycle buddy.. don’t help your body lose them! Definitely wait and eat clean but still a lot of food… you want to hold onto those gains. Good luck

Thanks bro yeah that’s what I have been doing!! I’m actually surprised by how much I retained just look a little softer but that’s okay. Man I know people say test can make you look watery but it made me look pretty hard most days especially with a pump. Test pumps are glorious!

You definitely don't want to be dieting/cutting during PCT. To much stress on the body. Maintenance or slightly above is best. How many cals above your TDEE are you? You don't need much. I would highly recommend a cyclic bulking approach to minimize any fat gain but yet still stay in a cal surplus.

Like 400 or so give or take all real healthy stuff been focusing on fatty fish like salmon and sword. I know fats are key to hormonal support. I just read your cyclic bulking cycle. Going to give this a try and start the cut phase after my T levels test at normal. Or would you wait to cut till your on gear again?? Currently sitting at 192 LBS 18% bf

You don't have to be on AAS to cut. Just make sure everything has stabilized after PCT and you are ready to go. Would be good to cut before running another cycle.

Makwa I’m going to stick to your advice for cycle two and use test Anavar. How does the below look to you:

Week 1-4 Test E 400 MG
Week 4-10 Test E 600 MG Plus 50 MG Anavar daily (25 mg morning before workout 25 mg night before bed)
Week 10-12 Test E 400 MG
Week 12-14 HCG 500 IU daily before bed
Week 14-16 Nova 40 MG & Clomid 100 MG daily
Week 16-18 Nova 20 MG & Clomid 50 MG daily

Really no sense in pyramiding the test. Just hit 600mg from the get go until the end.
