Saw this on my timeline and thought like jeez these newbie's on eroids gotta hear this. I guess I have been reading through to many first time cyclers and newbie posts recently haha -- I have been following big paul for a while now and he's got some great stuff, if youre serious about adding size, hes a not bs kinda guy.

He is right. Steroids don't do any of that Lol I wished they helped with posing, that is where I suck the most even on 3g of roids Lol

I appreciate all the responses bc I took 30mg superdrol PWO today on a back day and it was magic LOL @press1

Real deal I had a friend that I made the mistake of hooking up with some test and tren. He never went to the gym once. Sat in a dozer all day and literally no change except he was sweating like a BITCH. It was summertime.

One of the best descriptions of what testosterone feels like/does... I forget who said it or where I heard it ...

Testosterone makes putting out effort rewarding. Example ... When you see dogs hanging from tires and shaking their bodies around and loving every minute, that's testosterone. It's like you're pumping out endorphins/serotonin when you're pushing yourself against resistance. Effort feels good. Best explanation I've heard.

To me ... AAS may not be doing magic/sorcery, but, their effects are magical! I can literally get into decent shape to where I'm happy with my body in a month.

They may not cook my food and do my reps/sets for me but they damn sure give me motivation that I don't have when I'm not running anything.

They're damn sure alchemy! We're juice Wizards !

I would have to disagree, I'd say they are magic. I would be lifting nowhere near what I am lifting now at 44 years old if it weren't for steroids. Sure you still have to put in the effort in terms of training, getting in enough protein and calories, sleeping right, minimalizing social life and nights out etc but don't we tend to do most of those things anyway in life? I think Big Paul should maybe get a reality check and appreciate he wouldn't be so 'Big' if it weren't for using steroids. People begin to forget the fact after a while that they are what they are because of using gear, and they would be nowhere near the condition, size, strength they are if it weren't for using them.

This is right … you eat right train right rest right and take gear your going get the most out of it and be jacked … but let’s be real you can cut corners to a degree while your on gear, your more feed efficient just like the good old fina cows. You can recover so much quicker. There’s actually studies on guys who took gear and didn’t in controlled environments and never trained and the guys that took gear and didn’t train put on muscle mass and dropped body fat. That 2ml barrel is definitely my magic wand abracadeca

Exactly bud - apart from the injecting and taking ancillaries what are you really putting extra effort into that you didn't when you were natural? Is he really saying he puts in extra effort to train hard and pose right, meal prep etc but he never did these things as a natty? Guys like him aren't humble enough to admit that a big part of how he looks now IS down to steroids.

I think he’s doing a poorly worded attempt at saying steroids don’t give you the mindset. If you don’t train hard then steroids won’t make you magically train hard. Back in my high school baseball days I’d be in the batting cages until my hands bled. Steroids don’t give you that mentality. You gotta really fucking want whatever goal it is you’re chasing after. Get that stuff down THEN steroids do some magic. Just a different kind of magic. They’re called “performance enhancing” for a reason. If your performance is already shit then the enhanced version of your shitty performance is still shit….maybe just a little less shit.

Now that’s worded well

Well if you train and eat right with steroids they sure seem like magic. But I know what he means.
