I've never cycled before, would like advice

ad

I was diagnosed with low T years ago, I was prescribed androgel at the time but never took it or used it.
I would like to try AAs for improved sex drive and feeling better, I don't want hair loss, and I don't want to bulk up, but I would like to strengthen my abs and increase my definition again.

What's appropriate for these goals? I have a friend in a similar situation and he takes 1--mg of cypionate and 250mg of enthanate, plus hgc. Would this be good for me? What advice can you give me?

I agree with what is being said big time. Using injectable AAS always comes with risks especially with UGL. Also in your post you say you want to "cycle" which is usually associated with blasting where your talking about trt which would basically be cruising. If in the future after you get your trt doses figured out you want to blast then you would up your doses, maybey add a compound as you get more cycles under your belt. But for now I would use the availability of the androgen and bloodwork your doctor gives you so you can figure out all your levels and if you do want to inject go to your doctor first, it's the safest route and it will be easier to get your trt dose figured out with the mandatory bloodwork they do.

If you have dr prescribed trt why wouldn't you use that instead of of buying test oil from an underground lab to run? If you want to do that in the long run you should at least start with the gel your dr prescribed and use that for a while under your drs care. This way you can learn what you want your bloodwork to look like and what kind of things you can change to effect different blood markers from the dr as he goes over your mandatory bloodwork.

Use the professional you have access to before trying to do it on your own. If you really want to do injections why not ask your dr about going that route instead?

I think you should use the Androgel you were prescribed

That’s good advice, when I did the Adrogel I was pleasantly surprised how well it worked for me.

You weigh 145lbs and are 5'9' tall, if that information is correct it's hard to define anything. The definition of muscle implies that you have muscles (sorry Tren Rage). You say you don't want to bulk, which reminds me of womens who say I'd like to go to the gym, but I don't want to gain a lot of muscle. It's not that easy to get muscles even if you want to (againTren Rage).
Your friend is on a more or less standard TRT. 250mg per week very often divided into two separate injections of 125mg. Considering your limited goals, @Rosschestzip gave you the best advice and that is androgel. Most likely more than enough for your goals with minimal side effects.

Lol I always laugh when I hear that one “I don’t want to get too big” lmao trust me that won’t be an issue lol. People don’t realize how insanely difficult it is to build muscle.

1mg of cypionate and 250 enanthate doesn’t make sense. Both of those usually come in 250mgs per ml in 10 ml bottle. So maybe 1ml or 1cc or each but that would be 500 mgs total and a doctor wouldn’t prescribe that much. Is he seeing a doctor or doing this on his own? You could achieve your goals by following what a doctor prescribes you, you could go back and say the gel isn’t working and maybe get prescribed injections but idk why you would t use the gel. It’ll probably solve the problems your having and help you achieve your goals without abusing steriods

100mg*, it was a typo. Ideally Id like a swimmers build, but not like huge arms or anything.

That could 100% be done without steriods and just diet and training, although it would be more difficult if your testosterone is chronically low. The androgel will most likely put you in a normal range, probably not higher like a cycle of testosterone injections would do, but if your used to being low testosterone then it’ll probably make a world of difference for you. I’d recommend doing that for the time being especially if you have it just sitting there. It takes time for your body to get its levels up even with injections so if I were you no matter what route you choose I’d still start getting the gel going asap, to get soMe relief. I don’t know what chronic low t feels like but I can imagine it’s not fun.
