When to get labs drawn

I'm about to start my first cycle on generic HGH. I'm getting baseline labs drawn next week. Going to be starting at 4iu's a day split into 2 injection a day. Essentially I want to get labs drawn right after starting the cycle to ensure what I have is actual HGH. My question is do I just need to inject a higher amount (10iu's?) and then get blood work done 1.5-3hr's post injection? Labs I will be getting done are IGF-1 and GH.

A heads up from me. Whats your goal with hgh?
Hgh works not like roids. Depends on dose and on long term use. I use 4iu eod for consistency and keep myself sensitive.

I did this multi times, take 10iu on empty stomach and i would not eat a thing until bloods are taken after 3 hours. Its not forbidden to eat but I want to do it right.
4iu spilt I would not prefer.
Begin with 3iu ed if your not familiar with hgh.
Split only from 6iu and higher if you like.
You should hit atleast 20+ almost 30 on bloods than its legit hgh and not underdosed
Thank you for the reply. My goal out of HGH is to lean out and also going to stack it with some Test E. I plan on running 4iu's a day for at least 6 months. Will start Test E cycle 8 weeks into HGH cycle. So my GH level should be at least 20 after doing 10iu and getting bloods drawn at 3hrs on an empty stomach.
