+ 1 HGH cycle advice from some trusted pros please?
Hey guys I will be starting my very first HGH run here in a few weeks. I've waited a long time for this. I've been in the gear game for a little over 10 years now and have a great deal of knowledge there. I have made solid gains as well as had my ups and downs along the road while learning. I would like to kick this growth cycle off right so any and all help would be paramount to my success.
I will have 12 x 100iu kits. So I am set there.
I am 41yrs old standing at 6'1" and 225lbs with approx 10-12% bf.
I am looking to both add a little more muscle and cut in some nasty shreds.
My bloods done most recently have me on target in every category except my Hemo and RBC were slightly elevated which I am currently taking care of now.
I value some of you guys' info tremendously and would love to hear your advice on dosage as well as how I should run this. I'm thinking 4-5iu daily. I've heard people say every day and I've heard them say 5 days per week with 2 days off. Also, is this something you can run indefinitely or do you cycle it like gear. Another question is do you start slow and ramp up dose or start off at target dose and if you run indefinitely do you taper to a lower dose once you've achieved your goals and continue running or maintain current dose at that time.
Sorry for this being so long, but it is of great importance to me and I need all the facts I can get.
Thank you all so much!

I'm by no means a pro with GH. I barely started my first go at it last month and figured I'd mention things that I noticed.
First week of taking 2iu a day, I was tired af about an hour after injection. First day it lasted half the day. After about 4-5 days I didn't feel tired any more. Maybe for a half hour or so. Bumped it up to 4iu yesterday and I was dragging ass most of the day. Split dose, 2iu in the AM (usually 3am) and another dose around 3pm. Couple more days of this and I'll get use to it. Didn't expect to be this tired from it. I'll be throwing in some igf-1LR3 in a couple months. Will be on GH for 8 months.
Worth noting I have insomnia and am an amper...high strung, so to be tired is a big deal. I'm never tired. Even on 2 hours of sleep.
Cheers.
TricepatopsWith the amount you got you can have a good run on it. There are many different protocols I even heard one guy doing 8 -12ius eod so instead of doing your 4ius-6ius a day you do 8ius-12ius and eod. It is still the same amount but he said he got more muscle building affect from it. I never did this. I personally used 5 on 2off when I got up to 4 ius and when I was lower I did 6 on 1 off. But like Makwa said start slow and ramp up. One reason is the sides from cts and even into elbows for me can be bad. Second if you ramp up slow you can have a longer run. Plus the longer you run the better the benefits. You could almost run a year with what you got. You could easily do 32 weeks at 6ius on a 5 day 2 off schedule that is 960 ius there and 240 ius to ramp up to 6ius.
Pin it every day. Start at 2-3 iu/d. I would do that for a couple weeks and then ramp up .5iu/wk until you get to your dose you want to cruise on. that should minimize any numbness in hands. Once above 3iu start pinning 2x/d. Morning and prewo work best for me. Pinning in fasted state will maximize fat loss. Not going to gain any muscle from it so don't expect that but fat loss from it and enhanced recuperation are the main positives. Run it for as long as you can afford. I would put in an IGF run here and there if running it 6+ months to minimize any insulin sensitivity issues. I have been on up to 6iu for about 8months now and taking a break for a few weeks now. Dropped the water from the GH and now the vascularity really shows through. Look better now than when I was on cycle.
JuicedAggressionWhat do you mean when you say not going to gain any muscle from it? I was under the impression that was one of the big advantages of running HGH?
I’m not sure why it is, maybe water weight but HGH makes me look huge and filled out nicely. Plus I sleep good and feel really good like everything is ok like I’m 16 again.
bighulk3012Not at that low of a dose as makwa suggested also it takes a long time for muscle cells to generate with hgh. You can build new muscle but it takes quit a while and you need a decent dosage. I’d start at 2ius and go up as you can handle it. No point in running more than 2-4ius your first go round.
TricepatopsI have to agree with Makwa. HGH will help with everything else but it isn't what the media and people who don't know about GH make it out to be. The doses you have to take also will make other muscles grow which includes the heart, intestines, and other muscles you don't want growing. The doses pros take care probably 15ius and up maybe 10ius and up.
When I first got GH I thought it was going to be something awesome and show muscle gain and fat gains quick but unfortunately it isn't like that. It helps with fat loss but also need to watch out for it raising your blood glucose levels which Makwa references by using IGF.
Yea I heard Jay cutler mention that GH was overrated in an interview. He took those dosages that you stated
bighulk3012Jay cutler I dont trust, he lied about a lot of his dosages. GH may be overrated to him because he already had god like genetics, but for someone like me or you it’s next level.
Nah, HGH isn't a muscle builder. Not even close at the doses most of us take.
Jay Cutler said GH was overrated...u agree?
I'm sure HGH is responsible for muscle hyperplasia.I understand that is a slow process though. But again you feel it's not a good muscle builder? Why? Just trying to see your point of view
bighulk3012It does build muscle it just takes quick a while for the cells to generate and a much higher dosage is needed.
JuicedAggressionWell then that is quite controversial compared to a shit ton of websites blogs and other members claiming it does at around 5-6iu and on lol. This is exactly why I wanted advice.
You will gain more muscle using creatine than you will using HGH. HGH has many other positive benefits though, just not as a mass builder.
JuicedAggressionAre there site specific benefits? Like localized fat burning etc....
Or should I inject in just a specific area that works better than others?
TricepatopsIt does give somewhat of a localized affect but nothing dramatic. That's why you rotate sites. I seen it first hand I injected for a month straight in the same area and you could see more fat loss in that area but like I say it is nothing dramatic. HGH know that it is more affordable can be worth it but if it was still pharma prices I wouldn't even get it. Next time I run GH it will be with IGF. It still has many positive things for us older guys. If you are under 35 it isn't worth buying it IMO unless you are going pro and use the amounts pros use. It is great took for anti aging, skin, hair, recovery, mental health and making your other AAS work better. What I mean by that is running GH on a cycle will make your cycle better but it also is great just to run along with TRT.
RustyhookerSite specific no. Before you start get your base igf1 tested. Ive posted forums on tests. Thrn on cycle 3 weeks in....dose....test at 3hrs past dose to catch peak. Then you know your hgh is doing good in your body.
Gear us just stabbing yourself. It only helps healing. 95% is all YOU doung your foods and gym. Hgh is no miravle st all if you font do your part. Money better spent on food if you need miracles. Its all sweat value
JuicedAggression10+ years and 42lbs later at 11% bf I understand completely the gear to food and effort ratio. Just needed info on growth cycling is all. Testing protocol is appreciated for sure tho.
RustyhookerSo basically folks offering assistance is shit upon because you know it all. -2 is bout all i know then. I got all day n night too. Adhd
JuicedAggressionWow, I was basicly agreeing with you on the food and effort part and thanked you for the GH testing protocol. Taking points away out of anger so quickly without seeing if that is even the case is not cool. I'm not trying to be rude at all, but someone with the ability to neg points should not jump the gun so quickly out of anger just from taking a response the wrong way. I've trusted Eroids as well as its moderators and those in charge, but that kind of behavior makes a place seem less appealing. I absolutely meant zero negativity towards you whatsoever. I've been here ten years + and never negged once. I was only seeking help.....
RustyhookerMy error. I read your reply as 'im super skilled' and the addition held no merit. Hgh is not a mass builder. It will assist in better repair but not mass. All the medical reports as well as bodybuilding reports state 'minimum 6mo constant running hgh' to start at realizing and potential results. Those potential results are added hyperplasia. But if you break that down further....youre talking about 6 months for a minute amount of added muscle strands. At the cost of hgh theres just many other ways to have a bigger cheaper boost.
I got old so for me my bloods were igf tanked. Added hgh and on my trt i get quicker recovery and less soreness the next day. I sleep better which in turn boosts recovery. Sleep means a lot in cns and doing that gym at the levels we do.
Old forums cite mixing hgh with igf1-lr3 and makwa has thorough forums on that mix. I think thats the next smart step when maxed out.
Overall it helps yes. But nowhere near the level or cost of better foods and smarter cycles. You can do more on cutstack in 6weeks than 6mo of hgh if physical dimensions are the goal. Or a good old eq test or npp sust stack with your favorite oral.
Bloods will be youre ultimate guide. Are you currently in range fir igf? Low? Top of range? Overall....makwa cited the dosing procedures. Ultimatly its your focus on how you approach hgh and its use.
JuicedAggressionNow that's what I'm talkin about! Good man.....faith restored lol.
So about Hyperplasia what does that effect and is it really serious?
Are you talking about Benign Prostate Hyperplasia or some different kind?
Also, I've heard talk lately about Insubolic (igf-1). That's the first I've really paid attn to the fact that people are cycling them together. I don't know much about that at all, but I'm absolutely interested.
I'm 41 now so as far as healing and overall feeling and energy I'm hoping it'll be somewhat of a game changer to give me that extra edge of energy as I'm getting older now.
RustyhookerArnold always talkin about the pump!
That pump stretches out muscle fascia and allows more muscle strands to grow. Hyperplasia. Imagine a sock filled with muscle or tube....you can only fit so many fibers along the route of movement. Stretching the fascia via the pump allows room. Hgh slowly speeds up the creation of new fiber. Its just not at all a fast process. Its us daily getting in there pushing the weights. Lactic acid is a byproduct and xauses soreness but it also helps break down old muscle tissue as body rebuilds.
Energy yes. Sleep most certainly. On trt doses i recover better. Not as good as when we were teens and super speedy recovery but ya, 25ish.
Makwa above has good forums on hgh and igf1-lr3.
Initially my intention of saying its nit a miracle drug is many folks jump into hgh and ya...ok....whats next? Whereas week 3 on cheap old tren and fust full of carbs...the pumps and recovery are right there very evident. Hgh is that sleeper that assists but in a quiet way. Bloods are your friend in dosing and uses

Lotta med reports to give better answers. Some famed bodybuilders chst it up just as used cars salemen. Lol! Lee Priest said he only used it because everyone else was
