+ 1 HGH and healing
ad
Guys does hgh increase recovery time from serious orthopedic injuries? I cant lift currently. Any thoughts?
I was hit by a car and had several compound fractures in my arm.

I'd say small doses of nandrolone and/or EQ and a lil test along with the growth DOES help IMO. Takes months tho. I had strains in my patellar tendon and AC joint in my shoulder and its still healing but I can at least walk, and exercise!! and do my training without wanting to cry like a lil baby...likw how I was before jumping on the growth.
Nutrition is most important. Someone commented below about vitamins and minerals...I would say higher dose of D3, calcium and magnesium are best. Can't fault glucosamine/chondroitin/MSM mixtures as well...as far as supplements, those ARE recommended by the better ortho surgeons out there. And trust me, I've had business with several lol.
Light strength training with resistance bands help recondition the injuries too and force the injured areas to become stronger. Gotta take it slow and it could be quite a long time, but before you know it the troubled spots could be stronger than ever before!! My right shoulder is proof after a dislocation and compound humerus fracture years ago right below the ball joint ;-)

Theoretically I think the answer is yes. However, I've also read a few recent (last 10 years) animal studies that suggest there is no increased healing time with bone-tendon interface. The problem with the majority of the studies is that they weren't run long enough in my opinion, and the sample sizes are too small.
Gh is a great drug in recomp but as for my biecept and tendenites it didnt help heal it any faster.
To give your body what it needs take 180mcg Vitamin K2 ED + 1000iu Vitamin D3 ED + 1000mg Calcium citrate ED + 150mcg Selenium and ensure adequate trace elements - magnesium, manganese primarily. Don't take too much zinc as it has antagonistic relationship with some other trace elements needed for bone building. Can't speak as to HGH speeding bone healing but I imagine it would yes.
Yes, do what you can. Legs, abs, one arm rows on the machine at the gym. Is your fractured arm in a cast? I've found peptides like BPC-157 and TB-500 to help with healing. But I tore both tendons in my wrist back in February - that takes a long time to heal.
Compound fractures are tricky. Yes, diet high in protein, calcium, maybe deca injection once a week? HGH will help for sure but I'd wait till the orthopedic doc says the compounds are aligned properly, sometimes they don't and they have to re-set. Good luck!
Sorry to hear this bro, hope you recover son and well. As for your question hgh might help but not how your thinking. Do what your doc says and time will heal.
Trump4PrezTren Dr says 4 months but im think some gh would heal bones faster
I'll tell u what I had a delt tear and my doc was shocked at my recovery time. He kept asking me what i was doing. I have been on hgh for over a year I'm almost positive it was the Gh
Trump4PrezTren since i cant lift what would i do?. Legs abs and cardio? Is that ok?
Yeah bro do want you could. My delt tear was a blessing in disguise. I focused more on my arms and legs managed to brin mg em up a bit. So what you can man
