enlarged head/other appendages on hgh?

I never got a clear answer on this, most people say it is predisposed but it seems like every known bodybuilder has a case of it...?

You need to take super high dosages to get those effects........
Look at Jay Cutler in 2000 and now, his head look about the same size. I believe its predisposed.
I think enlarged heads go hand in hand with AAS and Body building,
