Aches & Stiffness on HGH
Hey all i've been a AAS user for about 10 years (i'm now 42) but for bodybuilding, it's been for my chosen sport. Now i've tried HGH - Eli Lilly Humatrope - and been on it now for 7 weeks at almost 3ius per day. I'm not looking for anything more than the anti aging and repair from hgh.
My question is about the aches and pain i'm now feeling. After the first week i got the expected flu likes symptoms which have now subsided. But now the joints ache, which i expected, but i'm feeling pretty stiff - less flexible and body aches a little more than usual.
The flu symptoms and joints aching i read about but the stiffness and aches throughout my shoulders and upper parts of my back I didn't expect.
Is this normal? If so are there any suggestions to remedy or does it subside?
I'm also taking 400mg of Test E per week and in my 4th week of a 10 week cycle.
Thanks for the help

Weird, I was expecting you to say you're running Chinese generics, in which case I would not be surprised about your side effects. Making hgh is very costly and very very difficult and these underground labs who make hgh are typically not very good at getting out the impurties after the production processs and these impurities are what causes a lot of the various side effects. But you're using pharm grade and pharm companies have the money and technology to make a very pure product. Although I will say this, the brand you're running causes the most water retention by far out of all the other pharm grade brands. For some people the extra water can cause some joint pan and discomfort. With that said the side effects you're discribing are not uncommon even with the pharm grade gh. All you can really do is try lowering your dose, try a different brand or drop hgh all together. After basically 2 months your body should have adjusted by now. When I first started using gh it took about a month for my body to get used to it. I didn't have aches and pains just water retention in my feet and ankles that started about 2 weeks after I started the gh and it took about 10 days to subside. But man was it bad for those 10 days. That's really the only side I ever encoutured while using gh, I've ran pretty much every brand pharma and non and in all different doses and never felt any other sides then some slight water retention and that initial edema in my feet and ankles. Oh, my limbs do tend to fall asleep faster then normal if they're in a weird position. Personally I'd give another brand a shot. 3ius is a fairly low dose, you could try 2. I guess 3ius of gh for a 42 year old will be much more noticeable and dramatic then someone my age so maybe going down to 1.5-2ius then after a while go back up to 3ius. When are you taking your dose? I would suggest taking it all at night right bore before bed to somewhat mimic how your body would have naturally released gh like when you were younger. It's possible you may feel a decrease in those sides if your igf-1 levels are peaking while you sleep. You'll still get all the same benefits as if you were taking it in the morning, actually better results imo. I've taking it in many different fashions and with a dose lower then 4ius I get the best results taking it all right before bed.
thanks for the insight i appreciate it. what i'm trying now is an EOD dose and the pain has started to subside already so hopefully in the next week i'll see it improve some more then start slowest introducing more days at the same dose rather than increase the dosage.
i've been taking it first thing in the morning so i will switch it to before bed and check out the impact.
the mornings did feel crazy as i kept wondering where that truck came from that kept hitting me! I heard about it but didn't expect the level of pain which is now not as bad on the EOD injections.
My thought is the hgh i have is fairly strong so i may have jumped in too deep too soon even at 3ius. I've got some grhp-6/cjc1295 blend coming so i'm going to run that after the humotrope to see which i respond too best.
ArmedArmedSorry I didn't mean be a jerk, I just like this gif.
Welcome to the hgh club bro. I'll let some experienced bros explain why or how this happens but I do know your pain. For a while I would wake up in the morning and feel like I got hit by a truck.
cheers brother. i'm looking forward to the ride
