Depends on the brand of the igf. Some comes with acetic acid already included. If not then you should use acetic acid to reconstitute it and then backfill with backwater after you've drawn the igf solution in order to cut it a bit as it can sting some. Just ask your source if it's made to include acetic acid or not.
