How To Reconstitute Mod GRF (1-29) Peptide (Step-by-step guide w/Pictures!)

Mod GRF (1-29) is a peptide which is bought in powdered form. In order to inject this compound, it must be reconstituted through the use of either sterile water or bacteriostatic water. Both are acceptable re-constitutional ingredients, however the use of sterile water will see the Mod GRF (1-29) degrade at a faster rate than bacteriostatic water.

Preface:
Assuming your vial of Mod GRF (1-29) is vacuum sealed (as many are), when you reconstitutie the Mod GRF (1-29), withdraw your sterile water/bacteriostatic water then firmly hold the plunger of the syringe as you insert it through the stopper of the Mod GRF (1-29) vial. Don't let it suck the water from your pin. Turn the vial at a slight angle and slowly drip water down the side of the vial being sure not to shoot water directly at the powder. Your Mod GRF (1-29) should melt, if it fizzes up you've possibly just damaged the hormone. Do not shake the Mod GRF (1-29), instead lightly swirl it and store it in a fridge and use for upto 30-60 days

Ingredients:
1 x 5mg Mod GRF (1-29) Vial
Sterile Water or Bacteriostatic Water
1 x 1ml 29g 1/2" Needle (Insulin Needle)
Alcohol Swabs

Dosages:
Working out dosages for Mod GRF (1-29) is simple.

With 2ml of bacteriostatic water in the 5mg vial, here are what your doses will be;

+) 2ml of bacteriostatic water in 5mg of Mod GRF (1-29) = 100mcg/0.04ml (0.04ml = 2 ticks on an insulin pin).

Step 1:
Take the cap off the Mod GRF (1-29), so that it is ready to be swabbed by an alcohol pad.

Step 2:
Prepare Insulin Needle (1 x 1ml 29g 1/2" Needle).

Step 3:
Use an alcohol swab to wipe the top of the Mod GRF (1-29) vial.

Step 4:
Prepare Sterile Water/bacteriostatic.

Step 5:
Withdraw water from the bateriostatic water vial.

Step 6:
Inject bateriostatic water into the Mod GRF (1-29) vial, slowly and ensure the water does not come in direct contact with the powder, instead inject so that the water falls onto the side of the vial and hits the glass before it comes into contact with the powder - Mod GRF (1-29) alongside all peptides are very sensitive compounds.

Be very careful that there is no vacuum from the difference in pressure with the atmosphere and the pressure within the vial. To combat this, inject the amount (ml) into the vial before withdrawing that same amount (ml).

Step 7:
Now either store the Mod GRF (1-29) in the fridge ready for consumption or inject subcutaneously (a step-by-step guide will follow).

About peptides fragility: according to datbtrue, peptides aren't fragile at all. I've tested GH that I've shot with the water directly, and stuff that I let the water run down the side, and there was no difference when the same brand was used. Given that GH is supposedly much more fragile, I'd say it's a non-issue.
I think peptides are not physically fragile. You can't "shoot water too fast" to damage them. You can damage them via heat, pH, and other chemistry, but peptides are routinely reconstituted via violent vortexing in chemistry labs.

Did anyone ever figure out the math for this? Haven't seen it posted.... Do you use 1ml of bac instead or still use 2ml?

So would it be 5 ticks instead of 2 on a 100 insulin? At 2ml bac?

Out of curiosity, is there any benefit to diluting with 2 cc's of bac water versus one other than the concentration per tick mark on the insulin pin?

Not at all, its personal preference. I prefer to dilute my peps with enough bac water to get them in a reconstituted state and no more. The more water you use to dilute your peps with the more water you will have to inject.
