HGH frag effectiveness fasted vs unfasted

ad

I was just going through my stuff & see that I’ve got a handful of HGH frag around am I’m not running any growth right now so I thought I may self experiment for a few weeks. I don’t think frag is a life changer, but I’ve got it on hand and I’m not really running anything else right now so it’s a good opportunity to see how I respond to it. My question is this; the lypolytic properties are best taken adavantage of in a fasted state, this much is clear…. However, is there a lower limit to this? Will a cup of coffee with a tablespoon of milk & a tablespoon of sugar cause significant dampening of the fat burning action inherent in said peptide? Fasted for how long? This stuff isn’t new but the high quality data is sparse at best. I see tons of gym bro science being passed on but very little real clinical trials/data. Anyone got anything here?

So with my experimentation with HGH Frag for 2 months i didn't see a difference when fasted vs unfasted, I personally think that a cup of coffee with sugar wont hurt if you're doing some cardio while on it at least to take advantage of it's fat burning properties.

actually I’ve heard that the fasted thing is not a big deal because It takes like 2 hours for the hgh to reach full effect and by that time I’m sure you’ve eaten again. Also some pharma hgh actually has sucrose in it, which would technically make it impossible to take it fasted. But idk if that’s actually been confirmed or just a crazy mama ramblings.

I would think you’d be fine with a SMALL amount of sugar, because you could probably burn that fairly quickly and then go back to lipolysis. I’d say just the more cabs you consume in that window of time the less fat loss you’ll get.

And just a tip for looking up info on this, I wouldn’t look up info on frag, I’d look this question up as it applies to regular hgh and then just hope it works the same. There’s probably very little info on frag

That’s a great idea - looking at info on the whole peptide chain, there’s obviously a lot more info on that. Thanks man.
I was thinking the same thing, that it’s likely dose dependent; a small bit of carbs isn’t going to derail the process.

Haven't tried it, but it looks like you're on the right track. Maybe toss in a tablespoon of MCT into your coffee if lipolysis is what your after.

Also a good idea. The first half of the day is the easiest & most convenient time for me to fit in a consistent fasting period, but coffee is something I really enjoy. So if I can add something to it to make it fit my goals better, I’m all about it. Thanks man

If you used an artificial sweetener and no cream it probably would have zero effect on the process
