Anyone here use NMN, NR, resveratrol or other senolytics for longevity, energy or overall well-being?

Hello friends,
Given the demographic that we represent here on Eroids, I’m curious if any of you use senolytic compounds (increasing or inducing old cell apoptosis, autophagy and/or supporting ketogenesis) for well-being or longevity or simply for cellular detox. I think the most common are the ones I listed in the title of this post (NMN, NR & resveratrol) but also apigenin, quercitine, spermadine, fisiten & even berberine to some extent (which I know Dfromphilly posted about a few years back, in relation to AMPK pathway effects in comparison with metformin). These are all utilized for cellular health, and eliminating older cells that are essentially reproducing faulty copies of themselves. I feel these are a valuable adjunct to AAS use and helping mitigate the strenuous effects exogenous compounds and training stressors that we put our bodies through. For instance, they tend to help tissue regeneration and oxygen utilization as well as promote overall longevity. Healthy cells mean a healthy body. There are quite a few decent unbiased human trials (and of course many biased studies funded by the companies that sell these products).

No extra supplementation with resveratrol caps separately, however I do get sufficient amount from daily ingestion of peanuts, blueberries and red grapes lol

Yeah man, those have a bunch of natural resveratrol in them. I imagine whole food sources of these things are likely better processed by the body than lab made supplements. It is impressive how small amounts of flavonoids & other seemingly inconspicuous micronutrients can have such a massive impact on our overall health.
