Help needed with low dosing, reconstition and the units for a syringe

I am terrible with math and these conversions. I need help to get a accurate dose. If I have 10mg vial peptide and I want a accurate dose of 500mcg how much bacteriastatic water should I use to reconstitute it with? I think I want to use a .3ml syringe? After I reconstitue the peptide, using a .3ml syringe, how many units do I draw up to inject myself with? Thanks in advance.

Actually that is a real thing. About a 1.5 I suffered a brain injury and I literally lost the ability to do basic math. I can only do things that we memorized in grade school. If I am out to eat and have leave a tip, if I have to carry a number my brain freezes and I can't think. Same thing with my comprehension. Trying to comprehend what I read is hard, especially if I have instructions. It's nuts.

Search on Google for "peptide calculator" there are plenty and are quite easy to use so you avoid doing all the math
So let’s say you use 1ml bac water on 10mg on a 1ml syringe every 10 units is 1mg. So add 2ml bac water every 10 units is 500mcg. They have calculators.
Perfect. 10 units to 1mg is what I was trying to figure out. I was making this more difficult than it should be.
MAKE SURE you add 2ml of BAC if you want 10 units to equal 500mcg.
