Can severe supraspinatus tendinitis be cured with GH or a specific peptide?

ad

I have severe supraspinatus tendinitis. I can’t throw a ball or raise my arms above my head without excruciating pain. It affects everything I do but I push myself to do it anyway. I would guess I’m just making it worse. Any suggestions besides surgery? Thanks guys

Stem cell injections or do the least invasive procedure that can fix the issue.

If you go to long you’ll develop a frozen shoulder. Get with an Ortho asap.

Have you seen a physical therapist, yet?

Depending on the severity of your tendonitis, surgery may be the only option. It's rough...I've seen ortho docs release the tendon with a hammer and chisel.

Internal/External rotation of the affected limb with rubber bands (yellow, green, red and blue), plus an exercise where you invert your thumb down to the ground, while standing, acting like you're pouring a soda pop can out, then raise and lower your arm.

You could use a low amount of weight, or a 2.5 lbs. plate. Your arm of the affected tendon doesn't need to be directly in front of you, or too far out to your side, but more like at two o'clock...

I'd utilize the physical therapy route as well as nutrition to address your issue prior to administering peps or GH, although there are great peps on the market that may be beneficial. Smile

The way we are all anatomically made is different. Look up the acromial process. I think that’s right. There are different common shapes, some that cause more problems than others. The way my shoulder is made it pinches my Supra or infra I forget but it’s to the point it’s fraying and tearing. It’s just in the way lol. PT taught me pain free movement and posture. For me getting my shoulders not rounded forward and pushed back helped a lot. My shoulder doesn’t fall out of the socket anymore during lateral raises and I can press light now even with a disadvantageous shoulder bone

I really found deactivating my traps helps with it too. Mine are pretty overactive so my shoulders move up as well as forward from posture. Once I started focusing on isolating my delts and prioritizing frequent rear delt work I was able to have some refleif

Take the tennis ball to ur chest near ur shoulder to loosen up the chest so the shoulder can move back. I also learned the lats have an attachment in the front of the humerus that can tighten up as well

3 months seems like a short amount of time to have zero benefits.

I had a bone spur and calcific tendinitis in my shoulder and had surgery last year. It went really well and I’m totally pain free.
I tried everything to not have surgery, but it didn’t work. Glad ones it done.

Yes. Still expensive with deductibles and such though.
I lived with it for a king time, but it kept disrupting my sleep (key I think for insurance) so I went ahead with it. They did it arthroscopicly. Very pleased with the result.
