Lowering your T-Level

ad

OK I have been in the hospital and then on bed rest for 2 months straight. My Dr has told me I can start back at the gym and set up an apointment at a lab to get my T level so I can get back on T replacement. So the lower my T level the higher my dose will be covered by my insurance so any advice would be great. (please dont say smoking though)

i had low t around 155 range when it should be around 850 or so after 20 years of riods every time the doc tested for it i was very low like 175 or so .never go to doc if you know you cant test low the doc will try to trick you buy not telling you he will test. so if you cant test low tell him your sick and will come in later.use test-p and tne. teast -p lasts for 7 days and tne about 3 days. tell the doc test every 6 mouths this gives you time to use test-e takes 30 days to test clean

Eat tons of sugar 30 min before test. In many studies it has shown to lower test levels by 30-35%

Kinda an old post, but didnt see my thought/question discuessed. Seems like the TRT dosage the MD prescribes will be enough to take you from zero to "in range" regardless of what your preexiting level may have been, since the aded test will 100% shut down your original production. So what you tested out at prior to startig TRT wouldn't matter.

I'm a rank beginner and could very well be wrong, but I think you're wasting your time trying to lower your level in the hope of getting a bigger Rx.

Seems the only reason to do it would be to be sure you qualified for TRT without hearing the usual MD bullshit about moderately low levels being "normal" and not covered by insurance.

I think propecia /finerasteride, the stuff used for hair loss seems to lower my T level. Not sure how long you would need to run it first or if this is even true.....but I think it is what gave me low t. Do some research on it. good luck

I've heard a low-fat diet helps. And eating less dairy and eggs. Not sure how true this is though, just what I've been told.
