ran a few cycles with out pct, its been a year and still no production., in the first took clomid for 3 months and took hcg of a total of about 10k iu over about a month. figured to give it some time. a year later and my test is 430s. but no energy and very little to no sex drive or cemen production. advise please.

Have you had blood work done recently? There are other factors that can lead to being lethargic.
I see youre around 45 years old? Im pretty sure 430s, for us in our 40s who have cycled... thats not a bad number. Its on the lower end for sure but we're no spring chickens.
Are you trying to have kids? Ive been hearing that combining hcg and hmg will increase your chances of a success, i think increasing your sperm count much more than with hcg alone. Might want to look into running another round of HCG and HMG.

Im on 100mg of cyp a week and my test is around 400. Not ideal but its better than 90. My test is 90 wo trt.
Yes. I'd like to get back to that. My sex drive is gone and I agree with what you said. Just want input from the people that know. I might just start C and deca. But wanted to get some of my natural back before going to that.
