Got bloods - may have an issue...

ad

Hey guys, need some in put on this.

Am on TRT, and have been for about 18 months. about 200mg/week, inject twice/week. Use Aromasin 3 days/ week at about 12.5mg each time.

Last time I did bloods, my total T was about 1160, right where it should be.

Recently (about 10 days ago), started some Deca from a legit source. Have kept Test the same, maybe more like 250-260 mg/week.

I pinned Tuesday night.

Labs yesterday morning. Total test is 3506!!!!! Estradiol is about 60. (haven't been consistent with aromasin lately as the estradiol was at only 4 on my last lab test, which was with daily aromasin use).

I don't see any way that number could be simply from 125-150mg of a test injection, but I'm not an expert on this.

I'm thinking I just may not have Deca...which obviously sucks. But even if that Deca is actually test, I wouldn't think that spike would be that high after only 10 days of usage...

Any way, wanted some opinions.

Have y'all seen spikes that high on high dose TRT after about 36 hours?

I realize it could also be lab error...just don't have the time to get labs done again for bit, since Lab Corps isn't in my hometown.

Also, could this just be cross reactivity with nandrolone and testosterone??

Another thing....I started LGD4033 about a week ago....guessing it could be fake and be m1t or something, but not sure if that would cause false positive on test levels.....

Appreciate any help!

Thanks for the input.

Not self prescribed. Thx. Regardless, 3500 is too high for 200 mg per week considering it was fine previously.

Call it TRT+ if u want.

200mg a week IS NOT A TRT DOSE FFS UNLESS YOU ARE 65 YEARS OLD. I am seriously getting tired of hearing people say they are on trt and their doing over 200 a week, 200 is every 2 weeks not 1 and that is a trt dose. why are you surprised at your test level? 150 a week puts me over 1500. self prescribed am I right?

randys52's picture

I'm 64. So I'm good to do 200 a week forever?

thebigbus's picture

I don't know where there is ANY evidence that 200mg/week is going to "shorten your life" over, say, 150mg/week or even 100. There's just no good long-term data. There were no major short term issues that I could see in the study where they compared 600mg/week to 300 to 125. Pretty promising, actually.

Get your range to where you feel good. Keep BP and lipids in check. Keep HCT in check. Keep estradiol in check. And live your life. Smile

Bigger doses than those of trt can cause health problems like the body making excess fat around your heart causing stress on your heart which will give you heart problems later. That is one example my doc has told me.

thebigbus's picture

Hey boosted, I understand that, as being in that field myself. Most docs are clueless, however, about such things, and repeat what they've heard. I just would like to see some long-term evidence of those things. Would be hard to set up those studies, though, due to the stupid legality issues involved with supraphysiologic dosing of test.

If you want to shorten the time you have left...

200 is very high and can cause issues over time. Bloods are a must with TRT, along with blood pressure and heart checks. Everyone is different, but TRT is replacement therapy that should bring you to a normal level, not a jacked up level. People always seem to want more. Be safe.

200mgs ew is what my doc scripts me and it puts me a little over 900 consistently, check my bloods I just posted a week ago. It's weird how we a react diff you're not the first person who gets greater then 1500 readings on 150mgs ew, and at the same time I see people a little less then 700 on the same dose as you. When I up it to 250 ew I'm over 1500. I get Watson btw.

Op your 3600 test levels is not because of 260mgs of test. There's two possibilities, you can't read and your injecting 500mgs ew in which case 3600 is normal. I doubt that one Just had to throw it in there lol. Your the second person I've seen with the same dilemma in the last few days, this is the issues, the lab is not using a method that's sensetive enough to distinguish testosterone from 19-nortestosterone (deca) it's pretty common for this do happen, so you're taking 250mgs of test plus X amount of deca 200-300mgs? Giving you a total of 500mgs of hormones which the machine thinks is all testosterone. And there you get your 3600 "test"levels.

Or senario 3) this is also common, your decas fake, it's really just test so you added "deca" but you really just added more testosterone and doubled your dose which would produce 3600 test levels. Either this or my second theory are equally probable. Which one is is, you're guess is as good as mine.

You definitely consistently know what you're talking about and come across pretty damn intelligent. +1 for the quality info

I am really confused about you. When you 1st came here there was no mention of trt, You were constantly on cycle after cycle and taking any and every aas they make known to man. You are not even in your 30's yet and have a script? Do you actually believe you are some kind of role model to anyone? If anything you are what people should not do. You obviously either fucked yourself up or you just cant make it without aas as a crutch. I'm sorry if I come off as an asshole right now but you made some really bad decisions in your life and apparantly still are. I watched you since you came here and for the life of me never could figure out why you were doing so many cycles and each one bigger then the last. When do you say enough is enough? Ever wonder why all those big name bodybuilders died before 50? Because they were like you. Some of the advice you give you should follow and take a step back. I know now you getting that script made youbthink you have a license to blast without repurcussions.......except its your body going to prison.

lol see how i was polite to you and you come back with this, classic little man syndrome. I tell the guy whats really going on and disprove you stupid "200mgs EW IS NOT TRT" theory backed up by bloodwork. You couldnt offer the guy any adivice due to your limited knowledge and actually believed 250mgs of test ew could produce 3600 total test levels lol. So you make a post trying to bash me.

And why im on trt, google "the worst pain known the medical science" thats the disease i suffer from and and the cocktail of medications im on that poorly control it tanked my test levels, way before i even worked out, and i suffered though both that and low test for years. even added 50lbs of mostly muscle naturally with tests levels right around 300. Didnt even know trt existed until i started using gear and still i pcted for a while before my doctor brought up me going on trt. Im not even sure why im arguing with someone who cant even spell ester. "esther"

I forgot we were so tight and you know my cycles, I forgot I post them out in the open for everyone to see and thats how you know im running "every aas known to man" quite the opposite little man. You have no idea what i run, when im on, when im off how much i run etc. So lets talk about 2015 cycles for me, janurary 1st-mid febuary, 250mgs test 900mgs bold, little 6 week cycle got sick and came off, all the way until june, so look at that i took 14 weeks off after a 6 week cycle, Then i ran this crazy cycle with "every aas known to man', 500mgs of test and 750mgs of boldenone for 10 weeks It was nuts running that many compounds in those high of doses let me tell you. So far ive been off 10 weeks with no solid plan on when ill go back on and im 5lbs heavier from when i finished that cycle, so ya AAS is def a crutch for me, i cant gain without seeing how not only have i not lost anything from that cycle ive actually contiued to slowly gain.

So out of 52 weeks this year ive spend 16 weeks on, definitely looks like it gave me a licsense to blast. So ya i agree with you ive made some really bad decisions man, it was supid and irresponsible to stay off all spring to focus more on finishing my 3rd degree and starting my business as opposed to using steroids. Damn i fucked up. I should have been more like you.

Now im gonna tell you why those big name bodybuiders died before 50, and im sorry to inform you but youre on the same road in some aspects of it. They typically died from heart or kidney problems. These guys who were sitting at 5'9 or so had organs designed for about 160-180ish lbs, the heart, kidneys etc, and they blew themselves up to 300lbs, so now theyre carrying 140lbs more weight then they were genetically designed for, that puts extreme strain on the heart and other organs making the heart work that much harder. Then you add in massive amounts of meat they were eating, the late mike matarrazo bragged about eating something like 5lbs of red meat a day, most doctors say eating red meat in normal person quantities just a few times a week puts you a risk of heart disease. So these guys are "in shape" but extremely overweight, its almost worse then a 300lb fat person because muscle is live tissue and requires blood to be pumped through it as opposed to fat which dosent. So the heart is already strained because of how much weight theyre carrying, its extra strained because of fact they have high cholesterol from all the red meat, and high blood presssure, which they ignore when there doctors told them, ive watched many interviews with them they all say the same they ignored their doctors warnings. And then last the steroids, ohh the steroids in massive amounts, the orals damaging the kidneys, destroying lipid profiles even further, damaging the structure of the heart, most of the time their hearts are double the size of a normal person. So this is why their hearts fail, theres some generics involved but when you do this year after year and dont back off when your doctor tells you to its receipe for disaster. Now why do their kidneys fail, like i said they ignore their high blood pressure, mike morris said in an interview his doctor said his was 210/160 and he said ya whatever, high bp damages the kidneys, high cholesterol damages the kidneys, orals damage the kidneys, and lastly the diuretics, water manipulation/dehydration sodium manipulation. And this is why the kidneys fail. And lets not foget the massive swings in weight from offseaon to contest season. And lastly keeping this lifestyle up for decades. And continiuing to use after they stop competeing, the smart ones come off and lose all their size like Dorian, no more competeting no more risking health using drugs. Few can get away with that, viking being one of them with his bullet proof genetics. But the rest of us....idk, i plan i being far away from gear by the age I turn 30, ill have my fun possibly win a few a show and then leave it in the past. Why the fuck would i want to be using drugs in my 40s when normal non drug using adults are dropping dead from heart attacks and having all sorts of health problems. Illogical to me.

So where do i fit into this, my cholesterol is 126, my bp is constantly low, ya im 210lbs when the doctors say i should be 185 at most but ill take that, I keep my doses low, hell looking at this year i hardly even use gear. But you my friend, should weight at most 145lbs, at 200 your 55lbs overweight, a bmi of 35, the chart i was looking at doesnt even go any higher. Do you get bloodwork done, do you now your cholesterol? Until recent you were a powerlifter and you even admitted you didnt follow a healthy diet. Just letting you know

Sorry if i come off as an asshole right now, i just wanted to make you aware so you dont end up like those guys did.

Excellent! Ty. +1. 8 Loved THIS Common sense. And experience. I'm 65 and blasting but watch my labs closely. There ARE reasons to cycle over 40. :))))

IrishMack's picture

You feel better now calling me little man? Sadly you will not be off aas in your 30's because you are blasting and cruising. My point was to strike a nerve and it worked. I never looked to see if you posted cycles, I read all your posts and you always said you were on this aas or this one or another, unless you were lying. You do your homework and it shows. As far as dosing for trt my endo said anything over 175 a week is for people who produce ZERO test. I had long conversations with him and we talked about everything to do with this lifestyle, he is a specialist at what he does not you because you can read or even myself. I gave knowledge from a endocrinologist who also talked to me about what risks can happen, cholesterol, bp, heart attack, e.t.c. I moved and have not had bloods done in a few months and I need to, those were done by my endo. This was not a personal attack on you, it was pointing out the obvious that you talk to people like you are a 45 year veteran endocrinologist. Lets not ruin this post anymore I said my peace so did you.

thebigbus's picture

Thanks man. Yeah in doing my due diligence on this I found the info about the ECLIA test not being accurate enough, and that's the test that was done. Seems more plausible because honestly I only injected 0.75ml total, so even if ALL was test I doubt it would've read that high. I obv hate to think it is fake....but ur right def a possibility. One way to find out....gonna get the right lab test done and see!

Thats a damn good reply man
