I’m sure this is probably a stupid question but I’m very new to TRT (week three)and have been prescribed 100 test c every Sunday morning/Wednesday night. If I were to switch to UGL test E that I already have and stayed at the same dose will my provider be able to tell? I bought about a year and a half worth of test E for the same price my prescription is per month.

No, test is test. He won't be able to tell if you're taking the proper dose or which ester. He'll have to surmise where the truth of what you tell him against what blood test results show. If your T levels are off the charts and you tell him you're following the prescription, his BS meter is also going to be off the chart.
UGL gear is not FDA monitored. it could be underdosed or over dosed. Your test results will show that, and he'll adjust your prescription accordingly. It'll look mighty suspicious if you're not filling your prescriptions so you can't save anything going UGL.
I wouldn't stop using the doctor until after you've been dialed in. Which can take up to a year. After which, you can make a more educated decision on continuing prescribed TRT.
Ahh I hadn’t even thought about him being able to tell if u picked up my script or not. I was kinda thinking I’d just stock pile a month or two worth away for when I travel. I haven’t had my 3 month bloods checked on test yet so I kinda figured if I were just on UGL the whole time it shouldn’t make much of a difference but I think your right. I’ll stick with the script at least until I’m dialed in and just hold onto the other until then. Does test eventually go bad? Me just holding it for a year will it “expire”?
you'll go bad before the test does.
Haha hey I appreciate it Greg!
You’ll be fine, test e and c are very similar with c being slightly longer half life but we’re talking very minuscule differences, the only way they’d give you any problems is if you raised your dose higher and labs came back abnormally higher than normal would they question anything.
