I’d pin it EOD or 3 times a week. I’d run it for 20 weeks personally.
What’s your plan? Run a cycle then come off? Do TRT and keep your test levels optimal? A beginners cycle would be 400-500mg of test a week for 12 weeks. TRT would be up to 200mg a week indefinitely. An aromatase inhibitor may be needed. Always good to have on hand.
Sust (or anything) 500mg per ml would hurt even the most seasoned butt cheek. If you’re dead set on using it, get some MCT or grape seed oil and do .5ml of the test and .5ml of MCT/grape seed oil twice a week. That should make it manageable. If you only want to do TRT, do .2ml of each twice a week.
Bro at 45 you should get bloodwork done and see where your natural levels are at and then decide what to do from there. At your (and my) age (I’m 44) I don’t see much use in cycling and pct’ing if you’re gonna continue to cycle in the future. Look into TRT if your normal levels permit it, which they probably will.
Leave the Sustanon 'Ouch' 500 alone and do things properly - Get some vials of Test E 250 and do 2 injections of 1ml per week on a Monday and Thursday. Do it for 14 to 16 weeks in total and get a PCT course available for when you finish.
You should’ve asked before buying, you silly goose.
Now that bottle is useless
Well not completely you could use but it wouldnt have been what would be recommended to you for the first time. (To make things easier we’ll call this your first time).
You could do .3 cc 3 times a week for maybe 12 weeks and see what happens but you don’t have anything else lined up, you don’t have AI, pct, probably have done zero research, seeing how you bought the wrong thing and are basically asking how to start the car.
Go up top to the search bar and type in first cycle or cycle for beginners and start reading. There’s a lot to know before jumping in. Imagine how much research it would take to self diagnose yourself with a disease and prescribe medication and follow up with the medication and be able to answer any questions you might have for self and be able to handle any mishaps by yourself. That would require going to medical school. that’s basically what your doing here. Your diagnosing yourself(hypothetically) with low test and prescribing yourself a medication and dose and protocol to take to address it. You wouldn’t go online and order any old medication you heard might work, for any other illness without doing months of research. This isn’t like taking creatine
Worst idea ever. How about reading beginner cycles. Few hours.
