6 months to year to get back to normal. that's how long it took me to get wife prego after being on for 3 years. but was also on 1,500 iu hcg and 75 iu fsh every other day.

I was on Nebido for many years. Nebido from my experience is crap. I felt good for a few days, and then I was low for weeks waiting for my next shot. I got a new doctor and I started Testosterone Enanthate. I also was prescribed hCG every 3 days. I now feel human on a regular basis. My new endocrinologist said it is more difficult to recover fertility having used Nebido. It is possible to use hCG while on TRT to recover fertility. If you are TRT then most likely you have hypogonadotropic hypogonadism, so clomid will do nothing for you. The next step if the hCG doesn't work will likely be stopping TRT, and taking HCG and HMG to improve your sperm count and quality while maintaining your Testosterone levels. My doctor said it would take at least 6 weeks from my last Enanthate injection until I may be fertile. Makes sense since sperm take 6 weeks to grow.

There are a lot of threads here on eroids that have dealt with this subject. Use the magnifying glass up in the top left and search for "fertility" and "children," etc. You're not alone, and you're in the right place to learn.

As for fertility, I've heard that doctors are experimenting with test decanoate (sp?) as a means of "male birth control." So yes, if you wanna try for a baby, don't pin. It may suck for a few months, but you're old enough to understand that a few months of sacrifice is worth it to have a lifetime of reward. That is, unless your kid is scum to society. Then, yeah, that would suck. I've got kids and I hope they're not shitheads when they're older.

Good luck, and in the future, just be honest with us here. There are a lot of men in the future who can learn from your experiences today. Just be an open, honest stranger.

All exogenous testosterone will eventually shut done natural test production and lower/kill sperm count regardless of the ester attached. Testosterone would be a poor choice of birth control as for some it may permanently sterilize the user after prolonged use.

Just curious how you liked the Nebido for TRT?

First you'd need to know what your sperm count is before you know what is necessary. Fertility treatment is a huge aromatizing shit show. Personally, I'd try staying on TRT actively trying for a pregnancy. If that didn't work, I'd PCT and if that fails, I opt for a doctor supervised fertility treatment.

Are you wanting to pct? Or just come off and try to naturally rebound? From what I understand nebido can take 12 weeks to clear the system. I would be looking to taper off. That's a long slow decline.

I believe it's 3 weeks to clear the system. Good luck man I hope you get everything back to working condition. Based on your age and length of time on you should probably see a doctor and have him advise you on how to come off or handle your situation.
