I like BPC 250 mcg ed. Some ppl do 250 mcg 2x per day. I like TB 500 mcg 2x per week. Dosages vary to whatever the user prefers though.

Therealist2018I actually have a couple of tears in my rotator cuff. Surprisingly I can still do alot with it. It’s just dumb shit like reaching to far into the fridge or taking my hoody off a certain way. Thats when the pain comes knocking.
I can’t speak on anything I have not experienced, but I used the combo on a pretty significant and long term bicep strain/possible tear and it healed me up in less than 2 months
