Winter dehydration

ad

We all know the importance of water intake in the hot summer months, but winter is the time we need to really pay attention to how much water we drink.

When I drink more water I see an immediate increase in muscle fullness and size... keeping your muscles full is good because it fosters a "stretching" of the sheath that surrounds the muscle, allowing for easier growth.

Great advice, this aint off topic, hydrated muscle is anabolic muscle!

Its taking me close to 1/2 a day to fully rehydrate adter night, this winter. No am gym session as a result.

Dont forget to get your mag salt bananas and coconut water in too, to balance the water fluctuations

Love coconut water. It’s a great way to properly rehydrate.

Most of my water comes from food that cooks in and absorbs water so I don’t really worry about sipping on water all day. It’s nice not to have to keep track of it. Your body will let you know if you’re thirsty.

The thirst is real.

A little advice for all guys which live in a country/state where it is never really cold.

Count your water intake thats what I do, cause so I always know how much I've to drink.
