Yes, I agree that the most likely cause, but certainly not definitive, is a compressed nerve from a bulging disk, rotated/tipped vertebrae, or sides from the gear. It is not uncommon to experience back and neck pain during a cycle, especially if one is not doing the other 100 things to augment the effectiveness of the gear while minimizing the sides. For nerve pain, one must take seriously, as it could be something more serious. For initial relief, use ice NOT heat, as that can further the inflammatory process. Cold compress for 15/20 minutes on/off. Stretch and have your back massaged and/or pinpoint tight knots with a handheld massager. Be cautious on your lifts (as stated) and don't further aggravate it by lifting harder and ignoring it. That's when something minor can turn serious. If no relief, consult with your physician and/or chiropractor (if you can find a highly reputable one, he/she can really make a difference). Best of luck!
i have the same thing in my upper back comes off and on for the last year
AnonPinched nerve. Watch your form and keep you head straight while lifting. This is something that can be as simple as a cramping muscle to some degeneration on your neck/spine.
Really think over your training and when you might have turned or pulled out of form under a load.
I deal with severe nerve damage from an accident years ago and believe me my man once it gets damaged that is it.
Not trying to scare you just think it out and get it right because you don't want to keep doing this over time and time again.
JtizzleI get that sometimes if I try to look in the mirror when I should be paying attn to form (in my neck).. besides I already know how pretty I am..
AnonPretty and tic tac fresh breath....me is in LOVE.
AnonI get that from time to time on my right shoulder blade like once every 1-2 months.
I think it has something to do with circulation problems not to sure myself..
is it exactly like when your leg or arms fall asleep? i started getting pinching and itching on my skin. but thats due to winter dry skin. Which is a bitchhhhh.
