My thoughts are with everyone in Boston dealing with this sick tragedy!! I do have some friends there and it was reported they are okay but its pure chaos there..i cant even imagine.

AnonSeveral friends of mine go to Copley square all the time. Spoke to several friends to check on their kids, thankfully everyone was fine. It's crazy and a real eye opener to our society. Shit like this can happen and sadly, it will always happen.
Can only be thankful that the device was weak. The explosion itself almost looked like flash powder, like a quarter stick of dynamite, just on a much larger scale. No ground damage, much of the glass was intact directly behind the explosion, the ball bearings didn't have much velocity and didn't go far.
If this device had more deadly components, the bomber could have EASILY killed 200+ people.
Still in disbelief that some sick fuck did this. Fuck, this had to start during my PCT? ok, I had to break the tension with a poorly timed joke ;)
Seriously though. This makes me sick. I can't stop thinking about it. All these people doing what they probably do every year. Just looking to have a good time. Kids are on school vacation and some asshole pulls this. An 8 year olds life cut short because of this. I hope this bastard gets caught and tortured, day after day for the rest of his miserable life.
