I wanted to take a moment to really thank my EBC support team. I’m sure some of you are thinking, how the hell can someone help coach you through the EBC who isn’t there behind your back barking in your ear. Well I will tell you that I have to say my coach (CDaddy) has been everything more than just a coach through this EBC. He has poured his heart and soul into making sure that I am getting the results I need/want and we keep in contact frequently. If I am getting sick, we adjust, if we feel not enough burn, we adjust, if I/we think there is a special area that needs focus, we adjust. Each day we will discuss what our plan of attack is and make any minor adjustments we feel are necessary, while I’m at the gym I may not have him right there breathing down my neck telling me to push through but there is this little voice in my head. I’ll say to myself…okay that was enough right? Then all of a sudden I hear CDaddy’s saying eh eh…keep it going…you got this…come on. And the next thing you know, the guilt inside me sets in and I give it that extra nudge to push through. (I don’t want to let my coach or sponsor down and want to make them a proud of who he they decided to help…I am CDaddy’s masterpiece as he calls it) And just when I think I did enough cardio….eh eh…think again…I still can do that extra 10 minutes…I’m not going to sell myself short.

Not only has CDaddy helped me through my training but he and Muta haves become great friends. CDaddy and Muta have more or less emerged into being my big brothers I never had and I look up to both of them for their support (in MANY ways, and pssst Ditty and Muta…thank you SO VERY much for being there through the thick of it) and know that they would be there in an instance for their lil sis if need be. After this EBC has concluded, our journey is not over…the EBC has been my first stepping stone into the world of competition. I look forward to the journey ahead and working with CDaddy and Muta as they help bring me to life through the next quest.

Also, (saving the best for last) I want to give a special thank you to Tread-M for giving me the opportunity to participate and compete in this EBC. Without him, this EBC would have never taken place and it has been a true enjoyable experience that I am honored and happy to be a part of. Tread don't think I'm not gonna make you proud either...I won't disappoint you! These last three weeks are definitely going to be the ones that count! So Santa...take all your DAMN cookies away and if you must, just drop them off by Fast and Gorillafit. I will see you all at the finish line and until then….Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everyone! I love my Eroids Fam and wish you all the best over the Holidays.
