i would just like to say a very big thank you to those who have helped (to many too mention by name lol) answer my questions via pms, posts and even posts by others they have answered helping me indirectly

and i would also like to say to others that have been helped to say thanks also for guys taking time and effort to help them remember some of these have made the mistakes that you dont want to make or done all the research reading books etc(ps that doesnt mean you shouldnt aswell) and also they know first hand from doin various cycles with all manner of compounds so basically know their shit
