Luckily my girl friend is a dental hygienist ;-) so I get professional whitening kits on demand to use at home. Speaking with the DR she works for crest white strips are just as good as the pro kits anymore, buy a pack of those and use them for 2 weeks and you will save yourself $550!!

On a side note about the chemicals, the crest white strips active ingredient is hydrogen peroxide, this is the same chemical they use with the in office whiting ( the one when you sit for 2 hrs with a bright blue light in your mouth), the take home kits the dentist use are made of carbamide peroxide. They are effectly the same it's just the hydrogen peroxide will react faster with the stains on your teeth if a light in the 600-668 thz ( blue light) is exposed to the chemical, this is why it's use for the 2 hr in office whiting.

Also if you have sensitive teeth your in for a suffering, after a couple whiting session with any type of product your teeth are going to feel like your sucking on an extension cord plugged in 220 socket! Sensodine types if tooth pasts will help with this.

If you use crest white strips try and find a blue light to shine in your mouth when using them.
