Take it with a grain of salt

ad

I'd just like to throw this out there. This is what I get out of eroids. A lot of people who have used or think they've learned a lot of aas come on here and give advice....some based on their own experience, some based on what they think they know, some based on what others have told them. Safety is preached, which is a godsend to all us newbies, but there seems to be a lot of do what I say not as I do. I try to take the results of others' experiences, add info from other forums and whatever other information I can find. I love being able to come here and get advice before taking anything I don't know everything about. But I don't know you from a fckin crack in the sidewalk. I'd appreciate advice more if it were supported by experiences and explanations, not just 'go learn more about that'. All I can do is use that magnifying glass, or ping pong paddle thing up there, or google to learn as much as I can, which I do before seeking advice. Your experiences is what makes this site special.

I've been holding this is for two years now;

Two years ago was the first time I tried exogenous testosterone. I was doing research here and friend requested a few "VETS"... A few weeks into my first use, I sent a PM to the member with the highest Karma at the time, to ask a simple question about my itchy nipples. His response was long and drawn out. Here was advice; Get on an ai (ok good), get some water pills (alright I'll look into that) and "Let's get you on a 19-nor and really blow you up" (WHAT> THE >> FUK). I respectfully said thank you for your advice and I've yet to use a 19.

I wish I still had this pm, but all older pm's were deleted some time ago for site clean up. The reason I'm posting this is to say take advice with a grain of salt; listen more to personal experience and not just what someone tells you to do.

Don't take this as insult, if you've given me advice I do appreciate it. If you've given me your personal experiences I appreciate it greater.

I'm not trying to start any drama .... some of you can easily figure out who the vet with that fucked up advice was. He may still be around, I don't know I don't really pay that much attention. I ask that you please don't call anyone out, that's not the point of this.

i prefer mine with a bit of pepper and chilli , i prefer a bit of spice, when i was ten a few older guys told me to feed the snails and toads with salt, they told me its there favourite food, so i went to the creek and poured salt on hundreds of them, i returned later too find hundreds of slimy puddles of dead bubbles which were the frogs and snails, so the moral is dont take advice from just any one and dont pour salt on frogs or snails.... its not there favourite food it kills them.

first off: group intelligence

James Surowiecki, in The Wisdom of Crowds, claims that, ironically, group intelligence requires independence of thought as well as superior judgment. Unlike herd behavior, group intelligence—like crowd wisdom—is a uniquely human phenomenon. And, unlike the terms herd behavior and herd mentality, group intelligence connotes more rational decision processes: based less upon emotional reactions and more upon knowledge and understanding.

I try to keep my mouth shut unless it's on something I have personal experience with. If I see someone post a really bad idea and no one chimes in, I will say something but mainly I read. I love this site, I am positively fascinated by what people have done with their bodies.
