Need help with dosing oxytocin. What I've found is a typical daily dosage of 25-50 IU per day plus 25 iu prior to sex. The vial comes labeled as 10mg. I can't seem to find the conversion from milligram to IU. The supplier is not helpful, apparently it's illegal for them to give such advice. I haven't bought it, and won't bother if I can't figure out how to use it.

Looks like a solution has been found.
10mg = 6000iu
With 3mL bac water 50iu = 2.5 ticks.

A supplier I emailed with the question "how many IU in the 10mg?"
Responded with
"10 international units (IU) of oxytocin is equivalent to 0.018 milligrams (mg) of oxytocin. "
I then asked if they make it a habit of answering questions with a fucking math problem...
Anyways I did the math and came to pretty much the same result. Using 3mL, 50iu will be 2.7 ticks.
Hey what supplier did you use? I'm looking for a legit one..and what do you mean "ticks"? Are you talking about the IU lines on the 1ml syringe?

According to that calculator there's 5,952 IU in the 10mg vial. Call it 6k / 50iu = 120 doses.
3mL back water = 2.5 ticks for 50iu.
That's way easier if that's all correct.
Saw another supplier that said 10mg/6000 iu so that calc looks to match this.
I was just now sending out a couple emails asking suppliers and saw the one you're probably referring to. It makes a lot more sense for them to list it that way.

So 12.5 mcg is 50 IU.
So there's 800 50 IU doses in 10mg.
3ml back water is over 266 50iu doses per mL.
2.6 ticks is one dose.

No that’s not correct. But I can’t find anything on how many mgs per iu or ius per mg. If you can find someone who’s used it before and how many mcgs they used that would be helpful. Because, like you, all I can find is the doses 25-50 ius, but there conversions your looking at are for reading pregnancy bloodwork not for dosing as a peptide.
I did find someone saying he used 30-70 mcg. Which would be about 300 doses per bottle, so with 3mls that would be about 1 tick per dose. But if your math starting out was correct and there was 800 doses per bottle than each dose would be smaller than a droplet, like 1/3 of one tick, you could many even measure it that small
Yeah I didn't think so. When I said 800 doses in the vial I figured that couldn't be right.

Did you try it? How many fucking nanomoles do you start with? lol. I’m pretty good at this kinda thing and that calculated makes. I sense to me, just because all we have is the mg and that calculator looks like it will find the mg but we need to find the iu

I haven't used it but I can't find anything that says the dosage on mg or mcg yet it comes in a vial labeled 10mg...
There's plenty of research articles stating the effective dose in IU. It may help with erections like Viagra and cialis but there's more to it than that.
Never taken oxytocin.
Many sources here carry tadalafil and viagra though. They both work very well..
