Swollen Middle Delt

Recently did my pin of 300mg Test E about 2 days ago in my delt. Middle delt to be exact. It has been a few days and it doesn't really hurt notlike the pip I had in my left delt. My Question is I have a swollen section in my middle delt it goes up and down parallel with my body. I can clearly see it. It can't be infection I take all the precautions and that takes longer to get that way (I think ) .
Did I hit something in my Delt that I shouldn't have? Lig, nerve , ect. It doesn't hurt at all. Just a little sore. My left dept hurt for way longer and more intense. I am assuming I hit something. It's not red or discolored either.
Any info on this would be much appreciated.

Been there done that several times.
The slower I inject the better. Now I never get shoulder PIP. but have had the monster should bulge a couple of times...makes the t-shirts tighter
it could be from internal bleeding, it happens.. it wont hurt and as long as it dosnt get bigger it will eventually go a way.. i shot myself in the hand with a nail gun and it blew up like a balloon.. it didnt hurt really but it looked like i should be in serious pain.. within 24 hrs the swelling started to go down.. i think youll be ok just keep an eye on it make sure its not getting bigger

scootertrampThat happens to me once in a while. It's a reaction to the steroid. As long as it doesn't get hot you'll just look like synthol man. Next time inject lower instead of middle.
Pinned in a different place in my left delt. That went without a hitch. It looks like I pinned in between my delt separation. You know what I'm saying? I'm not too worried about it I will be concerned if it last for more than a week. Thanks for the info man.
I'll add that my delt looks normal when my are is relaxed down by my side. I only see it when I raise my arm to flex and what not.
