Issue after pinning

I pinned today in the glute with a 22G pin. Thing is after i removed need a little bump was made almost like a bug bite or zit type bump. Its never happened to me before. Ive used 22G before i also bled afterward . May that have something to do with it. Anyways input is much appreciated. Thanks guys.

RustyhookerYou pulled a pipe outta the hole. Iy was pissed at you. A bag of 23 Ga is like $6. If you plan on longevity, get small pins. Less scar tissue. Less trauma. I use mainly 25 x 1 for injects. 23 x 1.5 for glutes
