Super Size Me
ad
so i watched super size me last night. the movie where the guy eats nothing but mcdonalds for a month. before he started eating the nutritionist told him he needs about 2,500 calories a day. with him eating 3 regular sized mcd's meals a day, he was taking in over 5,000 calories ed. that got me to thinking, if i was to consume my regular daily amount of food, but in all mcd's, it would be somewhere from 20-30k calories ed. talk about bulking.

CleyonIf you like Super Size Me, you need to watch Fat Head, it's kindof a rebuttal to SSM. Much more entertaining.
An pretty sure Dave palumbo said he ate MD every day when he was tipping the 300lbs scale lol
after eating healthy, when going to McDonalds I got stomach sick and throw up like a goose. Says a lot about their food...
you could run several oral steroids at once plus tren and you would still be in better health than he was at the end of a month
I was eating McDonalds breakfast every day. I was getting better than 2,000 cal just at breakfast. Lol. Probably a stroke waiting to happen. Did you see how sick he got at the end?
if you watch the movie he says that what the supersize guy did was BS. He went through all the MCdonalds food and showed that there was no way he was eating 5000 calories per day with the rules he was following. He said he ate much more and got fat on purpose too make the movie more entertaining. The Fathead guy eats only at fast food places and loses weight. He does this by counting carbs and only drinking diet pop. its on netflix if you wanna see it, Its a pretty good movie
CleyonYeah, when he breaks down everything that the guy ate, and the actual contents, and starts to go through the rediculous over simplifying of everything it actually made me mad. I'm so tired of the Michael Moore style of documentary making. Can't we at least be honest?
when I was pregnant, I ate a #4 with an extra hash brown everyday..;-)
I eat the egg mcmuffin when I am in a pinch which is 300 cals I think. What were you eating that was so many calories?
2 sausage egg and cheese mcgriddles, 4 sausage burritos and a large iced tea at 7 am. Lol. The mcgriddles are 560 cal. The burritos are 300 calories each.
CleyonOUCH! That's a lot of food. Worse than the calories is the fat and sodium content in all of that.
What, no hashbrowns? Now thats a breakfast.
Lol the doc said he almost killed is liver in one month i cant believe what your liver looks like if u eat it all the time for years
AnonI hated that movie and argued with morgan spurloch when he was on the radio. He want from haveing a rigorous exercize program and good food to all big macs and no work out. I think if he kept working out he would have maintained a lot of what he had, but he tainted the experiment by changing not one but two variables.
The movie would not of gotten all the attention he wanted if he didnt get fat and sick. It was all about publicity.
Hmmm...very good point here. He did change TWO variables, so he needs to go back, redo it, except keep his routine and then see what the results are.
AnonYeah Im willing to bet that even though mcds is crap, if he kept up a hard core exercize regimen like he had, that barely any of the changes he demostrated would have happened.
When I questioned him on that he said, "Im trying to represent the average American, and most of them dont get any exercize". So then I asked him if he thought it was representative of the avg American to eat MCds every meal every day ?. At that point they hung up on me.
lol. i wasnt proposing this as a bulking diet.
Yea but did you see the other negative effects that came from eating only MD his blood pressure went up his bad cholesterol was way up his health was all around fading
