+ 13 Sources should refund

ad

Am I being over the top by saying sources should refund if Jano is bad?

A domestic source yesterday got caught selling 100mg/ml TrenA and it jano at 72mg. Out of the FDA accepted range. Customer paid $40 a vial..

I believe they should be refunded at minimum the missing %. If their source is outside of the FDA QC, then the customer should be refunded 28% of the vial. So for every vial he purchased $11.20 should be given back. PERIOD.

Maybe that’s junk change and extra effort but I’m tired of these shit sources just make an excuse a move on. Sadi source made a little bitch boy response saying that’s just how it is. If I buy a Camry at $10k and it turns out the dealership rolled back 50k miles I’m going to be mad. They’ll be felony charges. So at minimum SRCs should be refunding for their BS math and lack of raw testing.

Ive mentioned I like it when sources give credit etc etc in instances like this. HOwever we all are still looking at if from the standpoint that this is a legit legal business. Tyipically yes they would give you a refund and then they could go to the source and get a refund. However this isn't a "legal" law abiding business so that doesn't occur.

So I appreciate the sources that give credit or new gear. Also makes it more important to find quality sources and stick with them and support them.

I agree 100% with this. Brewing is the easiest process with the most basic math skills involved. If something is underdosed it is because the purity was shit and that is the only excuse. Even then, I agree with this. Yes, we are buying roids online, but they are advertised as top notch products all the time. We work hard for our funds and trust in these sources who all claim their product is great. If that product is not great as advertised then we have been taken advantage of. It should not just be written off like oh well as if we're on the streets buying drugs. These sources operate under a professional medical guise and therefore should treat a situation like this as such. Store credit is not acceptable in my opinion either. Some may be cool with that, but if I get products 25% underdosed why would I want to order more products from them?

Sources should make it right somehow when something is wrong. Totally agree. To all the retards saying “bUt We aRe bUyINg DrUgZ”, this space has evolved a lot over the years. Sources can either get on board with consumer expectations or get lost to the past.

Problem is if a source gets burnt they can't go back to Ultima and be like Yo Ultima this is bunk. Ultima is going to laugh and say oh well. So we are trying to apply legal laws to an illegal business model. Its doesn't quite translate.

randomdude's picture

I’m not trying to apply any laws.

Laws might not be the correct word but normal business morals that are performed between legal companies.

randomdude's picture

Consumer expectations work whether it’s a legal or illegal company. Have shitty business practices? People will go elsewhere.

TheIcon's picture

They don't work though because there isn't anything to back them up. There is no consiquence for a company like Ultima. Where as if it was a "legal" company. You have other agencies and companies willing to go to bat for you. I mean if a car company sells you a lemon we have lemon laws. If Ultima sells you a lemon. You have a lemon. Same rules don't apply. No one is going to go after Ultima and demand change.

End of the day I still say find a good source that brews. Stick with them.

randomdude's picture

The consequence is I don’t buy their product anymore. It’s that simple. Don’t like the local hardware store because they wouldn’t accept a return? Don’t buy from them anymore. Got shitty meat from a butcher? Don’t shop there anymore. Consequences for poor business practices.

TheIcon's picture

You are looking at it from the person purchasing standpoint. Look at it from the Butchers stand point (the source). Sure you don't have to go to the butcher anymore. But the butcher has bad meat he got. Now he is out money caues the farm that provides him with meat was laced with mad cow disease. FDA, USDA, and im sure your lawyers can go after the Farm that provides you with meat to recoop your money.

Well if a source provides bunk gear. They give you your money back and now they are stuck with thousands of dollars worth of bunk gear. There is no FDA, USDA, lawyers that is going to go after Ultima.

sandman3698's picture

Why would we do that? We aren't the butcher, we ARE the person purchasing. And in essence so are they, if they get bunk gear from their source then they shouldn't keep buying from them either.

I’ve not made one mention of consumer protection laws or agencies. Those are great and obviously don’t apply here. My message is to simply vote with your wallet.

I’m petty. I want one replacement bottle produced at 28% purity to make up the difference, if i gotta be frustrated, so should they.

99F350's picture

My opinion is anything within 5% is good, 10% and you are definitely pushing the limits. Sources should definitely give at a minimum store credit for something 30ish% off. We gotta remember that raws are not like they were couple years ago. A lot of gear with pip and underdosed shit around. I don’t think most sources are out to fuck us. The ones that offer to fix the situation are victims like the end user. Now for the fucks buying fake reviews and making up dumb ass excuses, well fuck them.

Scipeno's picture

Let's not bring FDA ranges into this lol, it's not like you're shopping at Walgreens. The sources I've worked with would replace The product if you proved it was bunk, but you shouldn't assume an underground source is going to do so without confirming ahead of time.

Scipeno's picture

That's a talking point, " even substances from FDA approved facilities have some variability." They use it to justify some variability in their own products, which is likely justifiable based on the realities of large scale manufacturing. There is no justification for the dose discrepancy you described, and the sources I have worked with in the past, have replaced gear for such a discrepancy when I ran Janos. One company even gave me a store credit to cover the cost of my lab testing. You'll probably find similar behavior with some of the more trusted companies on this site. Im pretty sure some of them lost their ass replacing bunk gear from the recent debacle. A smaller company may not have the ability to cover such costs, it's always good to check with their policy because in the end, it's not their fault either unless they're the ones that produced the gear. Most of the sources here use multiple products, and it's the manufacturers responsibility.

Codeman253's picture

These sources are out here risking there ass to provide you guys with fraudulent products, show some respect!

So if a lab sells 300 mg test and it comes back at 383 do we have to send the difference to them or it’s okay when we make out

BigDdaddy's picture

That is still on them for incorrect simple math. Under or over.

Owes a Review × 1 In a promo × 2
Milfpounder's picture

No. Because we (the buyer) arent the ones producing the gear.

The implied contract is that we agree to pay a price for a product that meets a stated (by seller) criteria.

The onus of dosage falls squarely upon the seller.

  • Under-dosed = on them.
  • over-dosed = also on them.

Implying that the customer in any scenario is responsible for errors in the process of manufacturing the goods they buy is at best playing devils advocate, and at worst encouraging theft by deception.

wanted's picture

Sounds great win win.

Jumbo_Jet247's picture

Totally agree. You pay for 100 gallons of gas and the pumps out of calibration and you only get 96 gallons, they owe you 4 gallons of gas or a cash refund of the same value!

If you buy 100mg of a compound you should get all 100mg!

I think sources should be removed and or paused from selling through this site if they have so many bad reviews until they make things right and prove they aren’t scamming people. STG does this pretty religiously. They get pulled from their vendor list when things get too wonky.

BigDdaddy's picture

I think they should have some sort of visual strike system next to there avatar. Kinda like how ours says (in a promo). They should have some indication of bad gear sold and after x amount of time not having bad gear exposed that can be removed.

Milfpounder's picture

Consider it this way (this is how it's explained by @Greg and @BFG and I agree)

If the sources are removed, there is no way to post negative reviews, talk shit (like this) and build a case of public dissent against them. They simply cease to exist here and rebrand as another source or continue selling off of the annals of eroids.

So the case is made that the best course of action is to keep them here and allow the general population here to post about them and let them dig their own grave. There's quite a few sources here that alot of guys wouldn't touch with a ten foot pole. But it's good they are here because that way we know who they are and simply don't buy from them. Make sense?

Just read reviews from known, active users before you buy would be my suggestion.

Zdaa8794's picture

Makes sense 100% appreciate the insight!

Milfpounder's picture

Ya buddy.

Massa Ron's picture

I think the whole point of this site is to share this information and shine a bright light on sources whether they are good or bad. I will never buy products from the companies that sold bunk or severely under dosed gear. I will also have a special loyalty to a source that does the right thing when something out of their control goes wrong. It would be nice to get a refund for this sort of thing but I still wouldn’t go back to that source anyway.

Anything but owning up. It’s totally because we wanted to reduce pip and impurities. Jesus the ignorance is concerning.

Some of these people never cease to amaze me. How do you wind up in a business like this with a kindergarten understanding of chemistry & pharmacology?

In a Taken accent ------ 'Good Luck ......

While I don't expect you'll ever see a refund for under dosed products, I've always said that if you are buying a product which doesn't contain what it states on the Label - then that is classed as Fraud.

UGL's follow FDA guidelines? Lol

Not disagreeing. Any good source will send you replacements and refund you jano money. Find those guys and stick with them.
