Should this be considered wrong or not?
Instead of using actual names, I'll just use an analogy instead to ask this question.
If a business had a product that was very successful, let's say like Apple Computers, had a product that was reliable and well built such as an iMac, and say they went out of business and closed their doors when Steve Jobs died. Would it be ethical or unethical to start your own new line of computers made in a new factory, put an Apple logo on it, call it an iMac and use whatever hardware components you felt like? ...all the while claiming that the iMac's are left-overs from before Steve Jobs died?
And if your conclusion is unethical, wouldn't you say that those in charge of moderating products like the BBB should do their job and expose the new company as the pale-faced fraud that they are?
I'm sure it's pretty obvious what the actual business names are in this analogy.

you could say that about a lot of different brand names in this business.. if you have an "issue" with someone why don't you just say something to the new "mr. Jobs" but I'd be prepared to have some facts handy when you do it otherwise all you have is bitch .....
oh and I am sure that if you don't want to shop there no one is going to have their feelings hurt either. There are plenty of shops to chose from.

isn't that kind of like asking me if I underdose my product? this is a game of chances.. you take the chance when you order that you are getting what is advertised. if you don't trust the shop keeper then you wouldn't order. it is pretty simple. however, since I have integrity for integrity's sake (which you benefit from) I don't have any problems backing my product, it is your choice to either believe me or not.

In this forum, members look out for members and everyone knows how trust works. Once that trust is broken the source fades away.
So, as a consumer/community member I'm looking out for my fellow community members, you can't knock that.
You, as a source don't make the same poor decisions as others in question, you've gained trust and not tried to flimflam. And that would be my guess as to why no one is questioning your integrity here.
I'm not bickering .. yet, lol. I guess I just think rather than throw around "what if's" that you directly confront the issue with some facts. You obviously have some questions or concerns but to me this is more like dry snitching .. you leave a lot open to interpretation and don't seem to have any facts to back up your allegations is all I'm pointing out. I just prefer the direct approach being you start with the "person" you take issue with first.

Depends sir, it's not my Jon to figure out whether those iMacs are new or leftover iMacs sold to the new owner after Apple closed....this again for the 9999999x why this is a user review site and not a moderator dictatorship...I would advise anyone who tries this new iMac to post their honest opinion on it...clearly those who had the old iMacs and had benchmark tests for them should be able to benchmark the new iMacs and let the community know how the new one stack up..
All that aside this isn't Wal-Mart so don't expect the same rules to apply... the said new owner has already said he's doing it in homage to the old owner and he had more or less said (in your analogy) these are iMacs some are still in the package old ones we bought after closed others contain the CPU mainboard and all major parts but have a new case and new packaging
