self doubt, questioning one's own results

Anytime I feel down and question if I am getting good enough results, a quick trip to the local Walmart Supercenter on a Sunday afternoon brings everything back into perspective.
I leave feeling much better about myself in addition to feeling young (I'm 40), lean and not just good but goddamned great looking.
I did feel slightly out of place though, not going in my pajama pants

pj pants at the walmart, you must live in my area of the country. cause in know where i come from they dont do that crap but where i am now people think its cool to leave the house without washing their ass or even using a toothbrush. i think its a good thing that we care what we look like and how we feel. im 40 also so i know how it could feel sometimes and i tell you what, it feels good to look around and see you are the healthiest looking 40 yrea old around.
That is the 'shallow' end of the human gene pool on display...
Sorry bro...but thats todays average American. Walmart is the Flagship im afraid.
tread-mMakes me want to hand out fliers talking about blast and cruise so they know you dont have to look like hammered shit to be that age but then I remember, "oh yeah, its illegal to be healthy". Smokes are legal though, Welcome to America!
