I usually but cheap cuts of lean stake and ask the butcher to grind it, small bit more expensive but at least you know your getting some quality protein!

Ohhhh no! I know the slime has been around for a while as a preservative. We've all eaten it before I'm sure but it still makes me want to VOMIT!!! So damn gross:-O===
