Question for a mod, how do I get rid of this tag? I declined a promo a while ago that I wasn’t able to participate in. Can a mod see who it’s suppose to be for?

I see the tag is still there. Couldnt get it lifted? One time i walked in the courthouse and asked if they could just dismiss my ticket i wont do it again. Just this one time They told me go to hell!
