nipple pain
ad
I get a little pain in my nipples when on cycle I've never gotten gyno from it, should I stay away from certain foods when on cycle such as milk. I drink alot of milk as its a good source of protein. I k.ow that in order to have high test levels you also must have high estrogen levels. Does anyone have any dietary advice. I might keep some proviron on hand for my next cycle. Any input?

Thanks guys I figured I would throw this out there and see what all the gurus think.
With an anti aromatise blocking estrogen does it also slow testosterone?
A little pain is O.K......it's the swelling you need to watch for. First sign, take about 20 mg. of Nolvadex (tamoxifan) a day.
Drink your milk...it's not going to matter either way.
